@Bell_Support Oh okay but if I wanted to pay the service charge for it to keep it , is it possible to do so? I'm just wondering.

  • Dumbshowsnoise Kathryn McLeod (@Dumbshowsnoise) reported

@Jean_E_Body @Bell @Rogers It's been a bee in my bonnet for some time. They put all that crap up but they never take it down. So why isn't there a regulation that when it's no longer in use they have to remove & recyle - whatever. Deal with it #Bell #Rogers

@Mimmerlago @Bell_Support Agree this is a regular problem

@Bell_Support Not working very well. It’s either not sending messages or it’s sending them 4 times in a row.

  • chaingunsofdoom CGD (@chaingunsofdoom) reported

@Bell_Support it would be nice if you could provide your customers who have experienced the mobility outage over the last few hours with an automatic rebate. Or perhaps you can drop your 'most reliable network advertising'?

  • ABakerN7 Andrew Baker: Fully Vaxxed! Essential Worker (@ABakerN7) reported

@Bell_Support hey quick question for you. Do you use STIR/SHAKEN protocols to verify caller id’s before your mobile network routes the call to your customers? If you don’t know please inquire and get back to me.

  • PG_Lee_80s_Baby 🇨🇦 Relaxed & Fully Vaxxed (@PG_Lee_80s_Baby) reported

@Bell_Support @Bell The technician came on 9/1 but he was not told that he needed to fix the fiber. He said there will be another team by noon 9/2 to change the fiber in our condo. Nobody came.
