It’s not good enough and probably past time to be looking for another service provider!

Lise Gotell (@LiseGot) reported@Bell_Support My 92 year old father’s home phone line down. Unplugged and replugged phones. Called service and they said they can’t check line because “tolls down.” He needs phone line to buzz in healthcare and home care workers.

Am currently on hold I wouldn't be this upset but you guys decided to send this to COLLECTIONS & that's bad for ME when I did nothing wrong. I STILL think the "mail back" equipment isn't right.
