    @Reil76 @Bell They are the worst. Had issues with my fibre receiver always going out and needing to reboot. Called tech and their response was, well it’s working now so what’s the problem. Escalated and gave 20+ dates/ times of issue and they finally sent new receiver.

    @sunnydriver1970 @Bell About 3000k sqft. And for some reason they installed it all downstairs. But it’s been there the whole time and only being an issue now.

    As a Saskatchewan resident, I never expected to be contemplating switching to Rogers Wireless. But @Bell, your latest decision to cap the amount of data one can use on hotspot in a month is downright boneheaded and @TELUS is no better (having made the same decision).

    @Bell has to be the worst company out there, you do an upgrade online, but then decide to cancel because you can get the product in store.. now you’re saying it’s going to take a week for the upgrade to cancel?! Then having the rudest case manager out there
