@TruthFringe @BlueJays @Bell cancel them - like the rest of us

@Bell 24-hour update: @Bell still hasn’t managed to fully cancel my service. After multiple conversations and repeated assurances, I’m now being told it’s only partially cancelled. This is unbelievably frustrating. I genuinely don’t understand how a simple cancellation can be this difficult. Signing up took 5 minutes; cancelling has taken 24 hours and still isn’t resolved. Do better, @Bell. #BellCanada #CustomerServiceFail

. @Bell your customer service sucks I actually had a service rep hang up on me today. 3 times I have tried to have an issue resolved, and you all keep passing it on to another representative. You owe me money. I want my money.

@EyitayoFajinmi @Highteaspeaks @Bell Yes, just call the customer service and tell them that you wanna switch to BYOD Max plan (Bring Your Own Device).

@Highteaspeaks @ajayi_g @Bell It is good you had a good offer from Chatr. I used Chatr for 2 years. I was paying 50 cad per month, tax inclusive for 5GB data. When I was frustrated and called them, their customer service person did not care. I had to port to Telus to get 60GB data for same price.

@Highteaspeaks @Bell If you have a Costco membership card , you can check out any Fido or Roger’s stand in Costco. Most times they offer good deals. I was able to cut mine down from around 85 or so to 40$ tax included.

@CoryJudson @Bell @Rogers I was having issues with Bell. They were finally resolved but I had mention to the Bell rep that i had investigated the option of switching to Rogers as they gave me a great offer. The Bell rep basically told me to go ahead and take the Rogers offer
