@CRTCeng @Bell @CCTS_CPRST no resolution of my problem with bell. They always tell me that a tech representative will visit my area but this never has happened. And funny thing is, 5g symbol shows on my phone screen wen calls are dropping and data is slower than 2g. This looks like a scam. Plz look into it

@Bell We don’t have a very big house and it doesn’t even work from one end to the other. Scam artists. We just got another router and ran a cable to get signal on the other side of the wall 🙄
