    @weltraumagentur @detobate @Bell lemme guess, dsl? or did they stupidly deploy a legacy ip fiber optic network too 🙄

  • JoyceEats J ✨ (@JoyceEats) reported

    The way @Bell never gives me the same solution options when I call for the same issue??? I'm gonna have to start training the agents myself 😤

  • sonia_cousins Princess SassyPants (@sonia_cousins) reported

    @Bell_Support @suburbanboys2 Is there an outage in Burlington, ON. I have a tech coming today but have dealt with constant disconnections and no internet for six days.

  • airmech07 Shaun (@airmech07) reported

    Thank you @Bell for another wasted day! First you cancel my internet by accident. Then when I upgrade my service only to be told by the installer 3 hrs later I can't have the service. So here's to 1.5 mbps internet as my 4 kids get older and rely on it everyday

  • avandiepen Adam van Diepen (@avandiepen) reported

    @Bell your customer service is the worst. I ordered a device online and I kept following up asking about delays, no response. A week later i receive an email stating a 50 day delay and now I can't get a device elsewhere. Why couldn't they tell me the 5 times i asked before?

  • dott_ahmed Ahmed (@dott_ahmed) reported

    @Bell_Business @Bell Bad service, bad customer service, I received an offer with promo code, and they keep transfer me from department to other for over 90 minutes in the line, i keep explaining to them, but no body here me they just asking me information, in the end they say sorry we have an issue

  • DeputyDesai Aakash Desai (@DeputyDesai) reported

    @GermaniaMutual @milne100 Unless you’re a @Bell_Support customer. Then you turned back last week… 😒🙄

  • weltraumagentur Felix Kaechele (@weltraumagentur) reported from New Tecumseth, Ontario

    @detobate Tell @Bell that. They don't offer IPv6 unless your access is through their mobile network.

  • Thebusiness905 Anthony Suppa (@Thebusiness905) reported

    I will be publicly posting @Bell phone calls to how Bell Canada conducts obtaining small business accounts and clients. No paper work, no transparency, no honesty from their Customer Service. @Bell_Support I’ve called CRTC at 1-877-249-(2782) to address this concern 😒

  • Backer1231 x (@Backer1231) reported

    @Bell Just another money grab to make up for their inept planning! They went fibre to your location, then discovered that the cost to hook you up from the street to your set was horrendous! Old 1980s cable and Bell wire is incapable of providing speeds claimed. Well **** pods are worse
