@Bell your customer support is a ******* joke, I just spent 3+ hours on the phone, was transferred 8 times, reached lvl 3 of tech support, was blatantly lied to twice, and had 2 of your reps get snippy with me while I was trying to figure out why my internet doesn’t work.

@Bell_Support why is it impossible to get through to anyone there by phone, chat line anything? You have doubled my bill on my birthday. I have been 2 hours trying to get someone to explain. Could your service possibly be any worse?

… being called because I was “chosen by a thing.” Was pretty unprofessional. Really not sure why I’ve stuck with @Bell_Support for as long as I have other than due to a contract. It’s never “hey we have an offer for you”, just always “please give us more money.”

@Bell_Support I have a better idea. How about I don't give some random my personal information on Twitter...******** are you thinking. How about I just call the office from my land line and ***** your company out there. I even pay for the boosters @chriswtburke and it still sucks ***.

@Bell_Support Restart that Bell Hub 2000 again? What a slow modem; it is your only option, but not made in Canada! @CRTCeng I have already called your tech line, as of 3am last night I was told your network team was calling me back.

@Bell_Support Thanks for the reply. But it seems to me that spoofing of the originating telephone number should be something which can be controlled? This has been an issue for several years at least.
