So I just tried to add a new phone line to our existing @Bell account (switching my cell over from rogers) and during the half hour of them transferring me between 4 different people they informed me that the Care department was now closed and they would not be able to help me..

@Bell_Support @thatguy_1123 I have an error code 2000 on my bell 3000 modem right now and I’ve tried restarting it 3 times and it keeps bringing up the error code. Me and three other students live together and Connor be dealing with network issues.

@Bell Horrible Customer Service! I changed my service provider to Bell thinking they will provide good service n am Waiting from last four hours for a technician to come setup the wifi and nobody showed up!! This is how they promised to provide the wifi services by not showing up

@Bell_Support Lately, some of my text messages are going out as MMS instead of SMS. No pictures or other weird things in message, just texts. My friends noticed the same problem. Seems to have started around the same time the voice message service changed. Any ideas?
