So I just tried to add a new phone line to our existing @Bell account (switching my cell over from rogers) and during the half hour of them transferring me between 4 different people they informed me that the Care department was now closed and they would not be able to help me..

@M_Nichol @Bell_Support @Bell Matt Join the club!: I spent 7 hr on the phone w bell over 2 days as my Internet was down for 4 days & they also charged me $650 while I was away, even though my Internet was supposed to be disconnected for the whole 6 months… day 5 - no manager call back yet on this😠 #Bell👎

@Scott_FFM @Bell_Support We've had several of us complain yet they refuse to look and see what the issue is and just want to pin it on us saying its on our end. Unfortunately in my town its bell or nothing so I can't even threaten them with switching, meanwhile my friends in NB have NEVER has this issue

@bell @Bell_Support Hi Bell, I’ve been a loyal customer for 10+ years. On June 2nd I called customer care for a two device upgrade, one iPhone 12 and 1 iPhone 12 Pro Max, as well as two bring your own devices. In total I agreed to subscribe to a four device family plan.

@Bell_Support I’ve already talked to your terrible support team several times and gotten no where. So I don’t see how it’s going to help. But keep taking my money and providing me with 1/4 the internet speed that I pay for I guess. Thanks.

@Bell_Support, I got my bill and noticed a $0.17 late payment fee-a result of my bill increasing without notification (other than e-bill which I rarely look at). Bell at its worst - I will be looking for an alternate provider on principle!! Hopefully the $0.17 was worth it!!

It would be great if @TSN_Sports #TSNDirect worked. Instead I get a bunch of spinning wheels followed by errors. Doesn’t matter if I’m on wifi, 5G or LTE. iPad, iPhone, & PC on each channel. Why have I paid for this if I can’t use it? I see it’s not just me. @Bell_Support

@Bell_Support **** bell canada. We pay for internet and it is spotty, constantly dropping and all around trash. ******* Nigeria has better internet than my low income neighborhood. ******* thieves should be jailed. 4 years of this ****, never using Bell ever
