@KeeganLN17 @Bell_Support If you run virtual repair it will say "oh, outage" and then you'll go back to outage check and it will say "what outage?" At least, that's what MyBell is doing for me...

@duffenterprises @dshory @Bell_Support Just got off phone wBell. Support is saying wide outage in East TORONTO 5pm estimated will be back online. Reboot router around 5 and wait 15min.

@Bell_Support The original post was about not finding the option. I'm saying I found it, just that it doesn't work as intended. Given that my ticket was merged into a solved one, so no hope of being reviewed, should I just repost with a comment that this is a different issue?

@Bell_Support Also I posted to the forum Community Home | Internet, regarding "SSID broadcasting when it turned off", but an overzealous moderator merged it with "Home Hub 4000 SSID broadcast off" which was a completely different issue.
