I had to buy my mom a cell phone because our @Bell @Bell_Support home phone will just randomly stop working. No service outages in the area, no other foreseen issues, it’ll just randomly not work, the line will be dead or can’t receive any calls with a busy signal to callers.

@Bell , my home internet through you has cost me a job interview. Since Oct 1 my internet has been jank, limits me to 1 hr a day if I'm lucky. When I call tech support they put me through the process of rebooting it and immediately after it goes back out. I'm paying $130/month.

  • leannes Leanne 💉💉 リアン (@leannes) reported

@Bell Now I get why my new bell router can barely reach the upstairs of my 1000 sq ft home when the old one did. And drops signal so much I had to buy a repeater. Amazing.

@Bell_Support For the last week here in Edmonton area it has shown 5 bars and 5G, but nothing loads. Speed test won’t load, Bell app won’t load and shows technical issues, and airplane mode / restarts only fix the problem 10% of the time for a day or so if that. What is going on??

  • pcguy8088 Greg (@pcguy8088) reported

@BenKlass @Bell @Bell_Policy Holy crap 50GB limit and it has been reached 3 weeks into the month. It is a wonder that it lasted this long. Especially with streaming services that r cutting into regular tv bottom line. If people r cutting the cord Bell will squeeze the $ out of them through data caps.

I ******* hate canadian television, i dont care about some broad that works for a team, you dont wanna be treated differently dont fkn act differently, we all have a story, shut ******** up. @Sportsnet give me @NHL_On_TNT @bell

  • tinpanalleypics Phil Vasquez (@tinpanalleypics) reported

@Bell Except it's not 1.5, is it? Unless you have a desktop, using a network card with higher than 1Gbit rate, plus the usual interferences, you're at BEST talking maybe 975Mbps. And also, most people are on WiFi where 1.5Gbit speeds are impossible. So.. actually, your ad is a lie.
