Leo (@Leo71106092) reported@Bell my 94 year old mother’s home phone has been since Saturday, I’ve been lied to twice already. When it was going to be fixed, that it was fixed, then it wasn’t fixed and suddenly today they say it’s fixed. Her phone is still not working and someone may be out tomorrow.

Andres Hernandez (@andreshmt) reported@Bell @Bell_Support this company sucks!!They dont have fibre in alot of places and i am talking urban areas,nothing remote,for example at Driftwood Dr Burlington ON,they only have 100 Mbps and cost like3 times more than 1.5 Gb that i'm paying now,they didnt even offer a solution

Leo (@Leo71106092) reported@Bell_Support @Bell @Bell_Support lies again. Service repair for a telephone cable issue is now expected to be fixed by May 19th at 10 pm. That puts it at 10 days for 94 yr old who relies on her home phone for communication as well as safety with a life alert system.

Couldn’t get line of sight or anything better than overpriced cell data. Say what you want about Elon but his service works very well
