    Out of curiosity, does @Bell intend on waiving overage fees on internet plans in residential areas for the remainder of the #Ontario shutdown? This would certainly help A LOT of students/families. (May also encourage people to stay home and watch some Netflix) @Bell_Support

    @JamesRehbein3 @Bell_Support In some areas Bell are certainly falling down on support lately. Their website is a mass of confusion. In order to view TV satellite bill I have to go to My Bell, in order to view landline,internet I have to go to My Account at Bell Alliant and in order to view my 2nd service 1/2

    @Bell_LetsTalk @Bell 1.Just got off the phone with bell customer service, Internet/tv is horrible, got flat out lied to when we went with fibe, better quicker faster, is fibre, nothing better they said. Live in a 2000 sq foot bungalow, you will Wi-Fi coverage throughout your house and your back yard

    @Bell I have restarted it many times & also did all the trouble shooting. Technician scheduled to come by this afternoon... Again. Fingers crossed that 3rd time is the charm. Very frustrating having internet go down 3 X in 4 wks.

    @MBaldinelli At least once a month our internet goes out. All the years I was with @Bell I never once had any issues with internet connection. I’m so sick of this crap.

    I am not getting that great of service to warrant a price increase. Always slow and no service when needed.I believe you will be losing a customer. @Bell

    @Bell_LetsTalk @Bell 2. Your kids will love it, over $300 a month for crappy service. I will be looking into new provider for my home and my business
