@Bell @Bell_Support 7 full days without internet or fibe tv. No solution. No one from bell contacts me. I have to call every day to be told they are “escalating this”. For 7 days..same bs script. It is actually impressive how brutal your customer support is.

I have ordered (BCGBWVP2) Bell Mobility through phone and was promised something but when I received the order it is different. So Bell agent are simply making fool of their customer for selling new connection with wrong information. @Bell @Bell_Support

  • chetanweb chetan (@chetanweb) reported

@Bell_Support I have spent more than 5 hours in total with customer care. Each time I am getting disconnected during the wait or call redirected to another team which then redirects back me to customer care. Very frustrating.

  • thatMoonBabe 🔮🌙ᴍᴏᴏɴ.ᴅᴇʀᴇ🌙🔮 (@thatMoonBabe) reported

Thanks @bell for putting me on hold and having the worst customer service on this planet. Was literally put on hold for simply asking for my Billing to match what was told to me when I was sold the service, why is that so difficult.

  • devohockey Devin Smith (@devohockey) reported

@Bell_Support And I want that update right now. I also want some sort of solution today. Hotspot remote something. I have no wifi. No tv. Nothing for a week!!!!!!!!

  • Dylan_YYC Dylan Murphy 🇨🇦 (@Dylan_YYC) reported

@kyrasofar @Bell_Support Stupid question, but do you have your cellar data turned off?

  • Milly_Paulie Milly (@Milly_Paulie) reported

@Bell_Support Since iOS 15 is a beta, I already know you won’t offer support, but you should probably let your app developers know about it for when it goes public.

  • devohockey Devin Smith (@devohockey) reported

@Bell_Support So you don’t ever call anyone? You don’t have a person who actually calls but you are a phone company? You just send the same damn message every time. Sorry for the inconvenience. But there is no solution. No timeline. No info.
