    @Bell How fast is your network? I've read that it only goes to a maximum of 170 megabits per second. That is nothing to boast about

    @Bell WORSE customer service, Ever…. You call them and they are not even providing you any service, any alternative nothing…just the worse, plus get your people to speak english i had to make them repeat 4-5 times…

    @Bell My mother has had nothing but problems since switching from Koodo to Bell, and your support has been next to useless. She's missing calls and texts, calls drop for no discernible reason. We were happy with Koodo, you guys offered a better plan, and now she's stuck for 2 yrs

    After 3 phone calls - last one being another hour, I’m getting nowhere with @bell_support in handling my late mother’s bill. Talk for an hour only to be put on hold and disconnected. Bright side,I am getting to make friends with their customer service workers in the Philippines.

    @Bell_Support The male Jerry in tech support was fantastic. The male Ed in billing was fantastic. They both helped me out. However the male I was speaking to in the loyalty department oddly enough, was absolutely horrid. Will be canceling my subscription solely based off his performance.
