    @bell my mom passed away, l’m dealing with a lot, you cancel my home phone and not my moms phone number in her long term care home! I waiting for the funeral home to call, family etc. I think I’m dealing with enough & now I’m on hold trying get my # connected!!! 😤

    @Bell_Support Your product is garbage - just rented a video and it is freezing every few minutes - I wish Rogers came into our area!! It has been nothing but crap since we subscribed with Bell!!

    @elonmusk @SpaceXStarlink HELP get my family on DISHY. We are stuck on @Bell x 2, 5/.72 internet feeds for one house. Promised fibre for 4 years they lied. Signed up for your beta, nothing, paid deposit two weeks ago for your service, nothing. Family needs speed. Rural Ontario

    Spent over 2 hours on chat, then when their system was 'having issues', the phone with a @Bell_Support rep yesterday...then they were gone. Hung up? Disconnected? They initially called me, but couldn't call back? Service seems to be a 4 letter word with them. Will @TELUS answer?
