@bell your phone service is great but your customer service doesn’t match. Worse experience I had tonight when your employee would rather me end my services. Then to help fix the problem. After tonight I will not be recommending bell to anyone.

@Bell_Support please train your customer service employees. I never had to ask a representative to tell me their name-they didn’t introduce themselves, asked questions about device&were given few word sentences. I called to add a device and didn’t proceed due to horrible service

Again a no show and no phone call. 3X to actually become a @Bell_Support customer and they can’t get anything right. Truly impressive from a customer standpoint. Curious if @RogersHelps would be interested in new customers or are they all the same. @SpaceXStarlink

When are @Bell_Support or @startca going to offer residential fibre in downtown #ldnont? You’d think with their physical stations near/in the core this would be yesterday’s news. Appears they are OK with letting @Rogers have all the gigabit service money.

@Bell_Support It has been over a week and still no response. I was told that my complaint was being investigated and supervisor would get back to my within 3-5 business days. Still NOTHING!
