@Bell_Support is FIBE down in Southwest Pickering? I was just sent to pickup a new modem and now it’s not working either. One of my neighbours was given the same direction, it appears to be a broader issue.

@Bell_Support I appreciate it TJ, but we’ve been on the phone for 30 minutes and no one can explain why out internet is down. We signed on with you two days ago and this is happening. We’re terminating our services and going back to our old provider.

@Bell This is a joke right? You should’ve kept your mouth shut and flown your bad service under the radar of your competitor’s just as bad service.

@Bell so disappointed. First bill with bell and it’s so messed up and no one is able to call me. My options are cancel or a price I know I didn’t agree to.

We keep on losing @RogersHelps during working hours at home. Not helpful. @Bell doesn’t service our area. Maybe Starkink through @SpaceX is the way to go…

@Bell_Support 4/4 I definitely want to leave Bell sooner after this unpleasant experience. It should not take 48 hours to contact a customer to restore their services.

Hey @Bell_Support, super shady of you to send a rude, maskless solicitor to my door telling me I need to sign up for your service to my house. Threatening residents with a $20 hook-up fee if they refuse does not attract customers. Not entertaining the thought of your Bell Fibe.
