So, for about a week I can barely send a text or load an image. I can't even cast to the tv because the wifi signal drops due to a weak data signal. Casting not even streaming. Everyone in #Iqaluit is experiencing this with the bell network. What's up with this @bell? @CRTCeng

Bell Aliant Internet upgrade from high speed to sattelite. A tragedy in two parts @Bell_Aliant @Bell @ByJoshLewis Part 1: we decided to upgrade our 'highspeed' (extremely slow) internet to Satellite internet advertised on the Bell Aliant site. 1/15 (TLDR at end)

@Bell extremely disappointed in the recent service. After 5 transfers to different technicians trying to resolve the issue and 2 hours and 10 minutes on the phone actually speaking to people. The final transfer was answered then hung up. Not a great start with this company.

.@RogersHelps what a joke of a service you have. It's been a full day without internet at my house. A customer doesn't pay a bill on time and we get charged a late fee. Rogers doesn't give you service you pay for and you only get frustration. Hi @Bell_Support how you doin'?

I received a DM from @Bell again quoting there anti-customer service policy. Is there no one within that organization who can think beyond a policy manual?

@Stopworkplacebu The stress & bullying I endured while working @bell has stressed my heart severely and had me hospitalized and I now require medication for my heart regularly. So glad to see these studies to support what some of us already knew but there was no data to back it up

Got an email from @Bell that my already ridiculously expensive month to month cell plan is going up by 4% because, apparently, they can’t afford to maintain/upgrade their network. Sounds like an embarrassing thing to admit but what do I know: my net earnings for q3 weren’t $813M
