    @TELUS @Bell Why is the cell reception so bad in MTL? Very often at 1 bar. I get dead spots all the time.

    @tsn I am PAYING for a subscription and am on the @Bell network, but the feed has failed four times on the biggest match in Canada. Figure it out.

    I woke up at 6 a.m. after a family roadtrip to try to resolve this with your 6 a.m. call line. Your chat support is even worse. @Bell_Support When we really need you you throw bots at us.

    @Bell - guess it might be time to consider buying out whatever contract I have and going elsewhere! A byod plan for a NEW customer is $55 .......... I was just told, next month the plan for the current byod on my account is going up $10 making it $70! No option to lower it. WTF
