Calvin Reynolds (@CalJRey) reported@Bell_Support Day 3 of TCM channel 338 on Bell Fibe experiencing audio issues. The audio track is skipping every 3rd or 4th word. Sounds like a stutter step. Called tech support, they say it’s a problem at the source. Would you please check with them re: a solve?

They haven’t turned up YET AGAIN and can’t find record of him. This started on 3rd July!! BELL has to be WORST IN COMMUNICATION. Canada needs more competition!

They couldn't find our account in their system. Odd. They can always find us when it's time to pay. 3 trips to Bell before we got the router. Still no internet.

After 3 modem swaps, tech visit and countless calls to your agents my internet and sll services goes down every few minutes! Im tired and beyond frustrated. Im paying for a service test doesn't work. HELP!!!!!

Internet outage started on 8:00 AM July 21st, and every time the agent just tells me it will be resolved in the next 4 to 6 hours. After 48 hours & 6 calls I am getting another 6 hour estimate. Horrible service Bell!
