    @Bell_Support is awful communication and customer service and lazy people that keep transferring me around with no resolution. Somebody said they’d call back and it’s been 4 days!!!!!!

    @Bell_Support cell service in Rutland area of Kelowna has been very poor for weeks. At the moment, calls fail immediately when dialed and folks calling me get a busy signal. What's happening?

    @Bell @Bell_Support your ID verification system is so so so bad! I have been at the store since 40 minutes now. Every time the store representative is calling up, he isn’t able to connect. Pathetic.

    @Bell no PVR for weeks call bell on with technical support trying to fix it for 20 minutes.. no joy.. had to take an important call. Bell tech says yep I’ll call you back .. guess what he never did. Lousy service. !
