    One would think that a telecom provider would have monitoring tools in place to detect a systemic outage. Instead @Bell_Support treats all customer outage reports from MTL and the surrounding area as unique cases... @Bell keeps showing their poor network management practices.

    Bell has the worst customer service ever & the worst f-ing service in general. I'm about to cancel my services. Out here charging ppl random *** charges for ish they neva agreed to. Send that ish to collections. IDGAF. Im black i can survive bad credit.Fck yall @bell @Bell_News

    We rebooted the modem before the call. We receive an automatic message saying they rebooted the modem and to call back if there are problems and then they hang up with no chance to speak to anyone. You have to call back. What the hell even is this @Bell_Support
