@JcqMit @Bell_Support I'm in Peterborough and my service is also out. Tv service started working again around 6:30 but that lasted less than an hour. Can't get through to tech support by phone. Pretty ****** service @Bell_Support

  • jmaevent Joanne McDonald (@jmaevent) reported

@Bell_Support @Bell No Fibe TV in Ottawa. No way to phone or chat. They have closed down all supports. I am done with Bell, after a lifetime of being a customer. 49+ years. Whenever I can reach someone to cancel. #You can watch Fibe on the fire stick- go figure!

@Bell_Support I have the app. When will service resume?

@Bell_Support Absolutely no service whatsoever. This is becoming the norm for Bell Fibe. Think they’ll offer a reduction on your bill for their shoddy service? Continue to enjoy your drugs.

@Bell_Support I’m paying 400$ a month in Ottawa for your services. I think I might switch over to Rogers for everything. Bell service is ****. I was watching the Tampa vs. Panthers game 1 and all of a sudden poof…. No tv. This is horrible

@Bell_Support After the internet outage a few days ago that affected my business and now THIS—I'm about this close to switching to Rogers. After all, the Roger's line is already connected to my home as well...
