    Best phone call ever! @Bell_Support loyalty called me, asked how I enjoy bell1. Phone is sent away for warranty- didnt know, 4 months old 2. Realized that I had cats complaint 3. Told her I was recording call 4. Asked for name&eddy to serve small claims suit. Again no answer

    I just spent 25 minutes on the phone with @Bell - jumping through recordings, left on hold.. Their rep was unable to properly explain WTF, and I was then disconnected when I asked to speak to a supervisor who might actually know WTF. Bell, you are devil's spawn. @Bell_Support

    @iPhoneinCanada .@Bell_Support Should do the same! If I want to switch to Bells 3 Gbps, I lose all my promos. Good way to treat your current customers.

    @Bell_Support wifi and cellular have been unusable all day in my area, various outage detector sites and even your app come up with zero outages however.

    @BCThornton @Bell It took me all day to upload a four minute video to someone’s drive and finally had to turn off my wifi and use my (Rogers) cell phone data. Is it that bad or do you think something is particular wrong w my modem? Is Eastlink consistent?
