Luc Groleau (@LucGroleau) reported@Bell Please help! Bell upgraded my inet to 50Mbps. Since then, Fibe TV is down & internet speed never went above 25Mbps. Speed test now shows 2Mbps down & 0.6Mbps up. Massive failure! Why am I paying $100/mth for 2Mbps & another $100 for no TV? Support unable to fix. HELP!

After you've tried over and over, it tells you that you can schedule a call with a human. The first date and time available is at min. 3 days later.

Follow your Bliss (@Frisky_Risky) reported@Bell_Support and @Bell I have placed a new wifi order and it's been 6 days and I am still waiting to get the modem. On your customer support they put for long hold (30min ) to just get an update. Is this how you welcome new customers ?
