The resolution now offered is that the the cancel the contract due to buyers remorse. Instead of addressing the problem or having @Bell_Support deal with it in the morning....they are willing to lose a customer that has been them since ‘92. @BellMobility

@Bell ok we give up. We have been on hold for 2 hours and 36 minutes. Terrible customer service. Hanging up now and shopping elsewhere.

They have called back.....on the 519 device....still very windy. I am now growing concerned that she is in a tornado. Thoughts and prayers. @Bell_Support it’s a problem when the call quality on your help desk is so poor that the rep must yell.....perhaps we should start there
