@Bell We have it and on a good day get 145 download and 35 upload speed playing on the new Xbox. The wi-fi sucks and watching tv it freezes all the time. We pay over $300. I laugh every time I see the Bell ads!

I was trained @Bell to challenge the status quo & I did as an agent I suggested given the magnitude of the mistakes by Bell there should be a department that fixes these errors. Then I realized that's not what they meant by status quo it was just a formality that bell look good

@Bell you have the worst customer service. No one knows how to do their job. Only a handful. The rest needs to be trained better. #bhell
