@Bell_Support @redcrosscanada Thats really good. But how about also supporting your customers. And stop having your cell service go down alot. and fix bell selfserve and the data counter. So you dont charge us for more data. Just bcuz the data counter isnt working right. Get it fixed or youll lose customers.

Left @Bell and switched to @cogeco and am very pleased. The customer service alone is worth it, but the savings for product quality is incredible.

@Bell_Support you are the worst wifi service ever what is this man first it says the password is incorrect now no internet? this happens at least 4 times a year the wifi just stops working

@Bell You guys are so #sneaky I paid my account in full and canceled it in February. Today you sent me a bill for $62. When I access by phone, I'm told my balance is $0. Just trying to #scam me? It's this kind of #crap that made me change carriers.

@Bell I was also wondering, was I suppose to figure out my own solution since going copper is most certainly not a better option and being told I needed to sign up for a 2 year contract for a mobile hotspot and deal with it until you decide that I should have internet.
