    North York. Internet was down for about 10 mins. Over 2 hours into watching a 3+ hour volleyball game. At a crucial match point. ๐Ÿ˜ก What happened? Modem had a red OK indicating fibre issue. Was it scheduled maintenance? It's after 2am. Not happy. @Bell_Support

    How many @Bell technicians does it take to properly run a cable to my house? Tomorrow will be the fifth one in over 2 years who will tell me that they canโ€™t help and it needs to be the infrastructure team. Trees are not cable mounts.

    @bell new home customer internet/cable. placed a call July 30th. Only getting partial service promised by salesman. No callback yet. Not a good start

    @Bell_Support I have been on the phone for 1 hr and 10 minutes for support. The new PVR you sent me is not working. She is telling me to do the same thing over and over and said she canโ€™t send a technician! Iโ€™m about to switch to another provider if you canโ€™t solve this problem!!

    @Reil76 @Bell Bell sent me to collections for failing to return equipment during Covid, when stores wouldn't accept it and they didn't send labels to mail it back. Everything about Bell sucks, and their fees are outrageous. Good luck!
