@Bell Explain how the sudden extreme spike of high levels of EMF radiation coming from buildings with 5G masts is not bad for our health first.

@Bell_Support @ImKables Take responsibility for your company and ****** service and do something about it instead of gaslighting your customers.

  • summersmilliexo Summer💋 (@summersmilliexo) reported

@Bell_Support @ImKables Also when we call to inquire why he doesn’t have 5G when it was specifically offered when getting this plan, they tell us there is no 5G towers in Ontario yet. Let me guess… another hardware issue?

I have been with @Bell forever, only because the other company is worst. @Bell_Support you are annoying me. Imagine I have to say 'yes it exists so do your job' or call another agent to get what I want. Please please please train your staff better. This is time consuming!

I have gone through so many issues with Freedom Mobile in the last 90 days, I can't help but feel this is retaliation for THEIR failures which I called them out on previously. @Rogers @Bell does anyone want my business bad enough to give me the right deal??

  • AlJDugan Al Dugan (@AlJDugan) reported

@Bell What 5G network? I’m lucky if I have two bars on 3G and I’m on Bell within an hour of Toronto.

  • juliarib julia ribeiro (@juliarib) reported from Toronto, Ontario

you may not care about the telecom monopoly in Canada until you need something urgent from @Bell_Support or Rogers and all the alternatives use the same cables/networks and you have no option but wait and miss work so they can solve issues as they wish.

  • summersmilliexo Summer💋 (@summersmilliexo) reported

@Bell_Support @ImKables Holddddd upppp, so you’re telling him having absolutely no service ANYWHERE is a “hardware” issue? When I’m in a totally different area in Ontario and having terrible service?! Let me guess double hardware issue?
