@Bell Can you please put fibe in my area, we moved 2 blocks from where we used to have bell fibe and for some reason its not available here. Now we have @cogeco and it's pure ****. I would switch back in a heartbeat!

Saturday: on the phone with @Bell & a super patient L2 @Bell_Support person to fix my internet problem. Asked about my ongoing phone issue despite trying to fix over 4hrs call time in past 2 weeks. Sunday: don’t want to jinx it - but both are now working as they should. #grateful

@Bell_Support Tj this is stemming from when you tried to help the last time and I’m still having issues. And this has been I believe since April when I had returned a Samsung and received a new phone. But never was credited and was charged for a new one
