@RogersHelps @Bell Rogers ignite internet issues continue in my area. It’s been going on for over a month. a total of four techs have come out and still the problem exists. CSR rep’s are stalling and continue wanting to send another Tech out. Worst Service Ever.

I’ve been disconnected from @Bell_Support 4 or 5 times in the last 10 minutes trying to prove a point. There is next to no signal in the area I’m working in Fort Langley BC. I pay for a fair amount of data and service I haven’t been able to use. This is sent from company WIFI.

Worst week ever Started my partners birthday by losing internet That was 5 days ago. Just have to say I do NOT appreciate how my internet was disconnected by accident because the fibe wires are too close or ?? But the tech who hooked me back up was a good guy @Bell

@Bell_Support Every time I try to contact support to fix my repeated disconnection issues, I get told 'there's nothing wrong' and 'we don't see any issues', yet here I am DCing every time I try to do anything online. What am I paying this service for lol
