Another challenging day for telecom on #peleeisland Landline down yesterday. 🚫 cell service means 🚫 internet or any way to call anyone in an 🚨. Huge companies with huge dividends like @Bell can do better for rural + isolated communities. Ask Elon how. #CRTC #connectivity

  • CelenzaMario Mr C. AMC/GME APE/HYMC (@CelenzaMario) reported

@Bell why are we not already receiving wifi through out the home , my laptop is 18 ft fom the router in the same room and keeps freezing as well as our cell phones ,your product is garbage !

  • PurpleRob itsPurpleRob (@PurpleRob) reported

@Bell_Support I doubt Bell could be of any service. Shouldn't take multiple calls/contacts to get a wire buried that your contractors cut in November. Same result each time, send a tech who says that cable needs to be replaced and it doesn't get replaced. Work order not "assigned".

@kathylandb2 @Bell_Support Also looking for an update on the Whitby outage

  • Heather_Rourke Heather Rourke (@Heather_Rourke) reported

@Bell_Support @bell worst service ever - repeated outside problems with our line - 3 people working at home with no internet access for days, no television - third outage in two weeks and we have to ask for credits instead of just being given compensation

@Bell Imo do not purchase Bell services if you live in a rural community, they could care less about you. service might be fine in urban centres but not in rural Ontario.
