    Oh dear @Bell_Aliant @Bell as comms company, u don't communicate well. Customer returns modem in person. Bell neglects to tell customer to call to close acct. Customer has exorbitant outstanding fees (owed nothing at close of acct). Grievance form promised 5 wks ago. Not received

    @ctvottawa Can you look into phone and internet outage in #Franktown area of #BeckwithTownship after a copper theft last Wednesday at 4:30pm and @Bell_Support keeps missing its own repair targets (Friday 10pm, Monday 10pm, Tuesday 8am) - there's no end in sight. #Bell

    @buckburgess My mom was trying to cancel our service and she had to call them I kid you not 9 times. One time they put her on hold just for the automated message to come in about 20-30 mins later saying they’re closed and to call back. She was hung up on, berated etc. **** you @Bell

    does @Bell_Support think we dont notice when they dont have enough bandwidth to broadcast all MLB NBA and NHL games in their out of market packages when all 3 sports active? and they spew rhetoric about blackout rules that dont apply

    @Bell how is it acceptable that the 407 from 115 to Enfield and majority of Clarington, mainly Bowmanville is a complete dead zone. Your cell service has become atrocious and pathetic

    @nath_beauregard @Bell I've been with Telus for decades with my internet, and not once has the bill gone up but the speed of the service did. When I started I was paying $99/month for 1.5Mbit DSL service and now I'm still paying $99/month for 3000Mbit up/down. Just look periodically at their plans.
