@Bell I have been contacting your customer service since Dec 2020 for a $500 credit back! Have called 10 times! Have been promised that a supervisor will follow up but nothing! Ridiculous Service! Don't recommend @Bell to anyone!

  • RonBuss5

@Bell it’s really a shame that your company has to have a department called a Win Back department. Do you know what’s easier than winning back a customer? Never loose them. Offer the 55% off plan BEFORE the customer leaves. 25GB for $45/mo would’ve kept me but I’m not coming back

@bell, please do not send your solicitors door to door during a pandemic. I don't want them knocking on my door. Plus I will never, ever give you my business after you dumped TSN 1290 in Winnipeg. You messed up way too many people's lives. Not cool.

@Bell_Support Hey my phone lines are dangling across my driveway and yard after a delivery truck caught them; chat lines won’t send someone to fix it until tomorrow; significant injury risk in the dark and I don’t think it should wait

    Micheal (@bi99ietallz) reported

I'm honestly really surprised that I didn't get a response from @bell or @Bell_Support telling me to DM them so that they can look into this further, then have it followed up with some bullshit about how they increase costs to improve service then offer me a $10 bill credit.

    Libi (@LibiL17) reported

@bell Hey Bell Canada. My mother recently passed away. Why do you need me to provide you with proof of power of attorney just to cancel her account? We wanted to keep the account but under a different name. No other utilities company asked for this. We have now moved to Rogers!

@Shannon_Skinner @Bell Agreed!! It’s $80/month for just your home phones service unless you bundle and get multiple services. Not competitive at all.
