    con'd... Official! @Rogers @RogersHelps has nickled and dimed a 24 yr client to move to @Bell. Refusing to credit me for every day we had outages! 3 months of daily connection issues is worth a credit of only $234, b/c their system does not sense all outages. Run fast, run far

    @Bell_Support I can’t even watch Crave. Your service is awful. #BellFibe #disgusting

  • JonesyGord Gord Jones (@JonesyGord) reported

    @RogersHelps our cable is out. Being on @FidoSolutions home internet via Rogers Cable that is useless too. 1970's coaxial cable vs 2019 @Bell fiber lines. Might be time to switch. Roger customer retention was not helpful either. Go to ignite they said... On coaxial makes 0 sense!

    @LeafsNWO @Bell Says 2.4 GHz only though and pretty sure their hub only sends out 5 GHz? I tried a 3rd party one before that didn't work, but these pods are terrible and a rip off.

    Ok Ontario friends- I need your wisdom. I’ve had it with our @Bell Fibe internet. Despite several attempts to trouble shoot over the pandemic, I still have unstable internet & get dropped from important online meetings & events. What internet provider do you recommend?

  • FatSexyCanadian Kyle (@FatSexyCanadian) reported

    @Bell_Support My condo building (10 queens quay west) recently switched from rogers to bell. What a disaster. Every day we get choppy/frozen tv signals. And not a day goes by we don't get the "uh oh...something went wrong" blue screen. Any chance we can get actual real tv service here?

    3. @Bell_Support Still bell charged me a-lot of money. A total amount of $600 approx. I don’t know what has happened from your side. I also talked to a bell representative regarding this issue on customer care. Now a recovery agency or who they are, are calling me and asking for
