Varun (@varun42036) reportedHi @Bell the 20-person limit on group texts and ongoing issues with some users being unable to reply in group chats are seriously impacting workplace coordination for us. This isn’t just an inconvenient it’s affecting daily operations. Can this be urgently escalated and resolved.

Nuno Aguiar 🏳️🌈🇨🇦🇵🇹🇦🇴 (@NunoMAguiar) reportedLanded in #Portugal and grabbed a Vodafone SIM card with 60gb of data, unlimited calls and even some international call minutes for $25 Euros. Meanwhile plans from many of Canada’s telecom providers would be well over $75 dollars for the same service. @Rogers @Bell

Jordy Gold (@JordyGold) reported@Bell @Bell_Support I'm furious. You ripped us off for yrs. Service much slower than promised. Internet stopped working. Netflix stopped working. TV stopped working. Competition offered us a massive permanent discount. Bell's response: save $15/month & hung up on me. What a joke

Brent Laing (@blaing99) reportedI’m not a screenwriter, but I gotta think you could make a killer comedy out of the @Bell customer service experience. The live calls and behind the scenes possibilities are endless. And the jokes basically write themselves. It’s just such a wild experience start to finish🤯
-
Goosey (@its_gooseyy) reportedHey Mark at @Bell **** you lmaoo. Put me on hold for 40 mins just to hang up on me. @Bell_Support your sales people are wild.

iamouttahere 🇨🇦🍁☘️ (@iamouttahere) reportedRogers is tremendously expensive! So is @Bell. Frankly, my calls throughout Northern Ontario are spotty at best, and often drop with both. There are so many areas where there is no service at all, or while driving north, even to Espanola or Elliot Lake, calls drop consistently!
-
Leo (@Leo71106092) reported@bell why won’t the automated service allow me to speak with a live service agent for repair after they announce the issue that was fixed yesterday wasn’t really fixed and may not be until Friday the 15th at 10pm? Working on it, no one needed on site after waiting all day today
-
Brannagh x (@BrannaghX) reportedin the end the neighbour cut it down for me... @Bell litters everywhere and doesn't care

Time-lord446 (@TLord446) reported@Bell_Support ironically I'm paying around $80 for internet service yet i can't even use it constantly because of every 2000 error being handed out like Candy on Halloween
