@Bell ended the call with pretending to “transfer me” and ultimately hung up on me. Note my request was to port a corp. line over to a new personal line on my existing Bell Internet / cable account (giving you more business!) and that’s the kind of customer support I received….

@Bell is the worst company for service and customer service I have ever dealt with. I have NEVER had a clear phone call ANYWHERE in Ontario. #garbage

I sure wish @RogersHelps but in fact if you make a simple mistake like I did and call immediately for support that answer is there is no way for Rogers to help...you are screwed and we will take your money. I think they are run by @Bell pr @TELUSsupport

@Bell the rep this morning scoffed at me, mocked my frustration, gave me sarcastic responses, flat out said he can’t help me & neither can IT, noted that if I want to escalate they will tell me the same thing he did…

@Bell_Aliant @Bell So it was resolved but y'all REALLY need to either come up with something (like a working website) where people can get outage updates or be on top of it with social media posts/updates.......... I see Nova Scotia, Ontario, etc get posts & updated but not New Brunswick.......
