Tanner Thomas (@Tanner_Thomas95) reported@Bell has to be the worst company out there, you do an upgrade online, but then decide to cancel because you can get the product in store.. now you’re saying it’s going to take a week for the upgrade to cancel?! Then having the rudest case manager out there
-
Stephen Pinsent (@swpinsent) reportedHey @Bell_Support your support chat is no longer replying to me. We had been working something out, but I've been dealing with Bell Mobility now for hours and your chat has gone dead.

306 Shane (@NoSacredBeliefs) reportedAs a Saskatchewan resident, I never expected to be contemplating switching to Rogers Wireless. But @Bell, your latest decision to cap the amount of data one can use on hotspot in a month is downright boneheaded and @TELUS is no better (having made the same decision).

Karebear🇨🇦🇨🇦🇨🇦🇨🇦 (@Karebear1340) reported@Reil76 @Bell Had issues at the cottage with the receiver. Called support 4 times!! Finally asked to have someone go out. Tech said there was no reason they couldn't resolve it. Also let us know that all support is done from the Philippines & they're #1 goal is to get you off the line ASAP.
-
Sister Denby 🇨🇦💜🇺🇦 (@DenbySister) reported@theresemacdona6 @Bell @Bell_Support Never. Because they get away with it! And IMYHO, since they know they have a monopoly along with Rogers, they will do nothing to fix it.
-
Nathan Kehler (@nathan_P44) reported@Bell @Travisdhanraj This is me trying to cancel my internet. It's ******* impossible. Bell even sent a technician over to disconnect my fibre so Telus could hook up. You would think they would automatically cancel it for you
-
Truenorth (@studentforall) reported@Reil76 @Bell This is why we need to eliminate the Cellular/Internet/Cable service monopoly we have in Canada. It only serves to promote poor customer service and high rates. It does nothing to support the Canadian consumer and everything for the corporations.
-
Lucky Lucy (@Luckylucydach) reported@Travisdhanraj @Dennismolin11 @Bell Yup, only Telus. Mother in law died. Couldn’t cancel it. It was insane.
-
Bill Stewart (@bill_bookersbay) reportedOnly then, did @Bell tried to Steal customers from the startup, and our @CRTCeng "Cancelled" their plans to install yet another Fibre-Optic network instead..
