Deb McDonald (@mcdonald_77) reported@Bell_Support has the absolute worst service. Four times we have had a booking for a service call in one week. Scheduled, rescheduled 4 times and every time a no show. Now without both tv and internet service. Does anyone at @Bell care about customer service??

Called at 6pm and told there was an ‘emergency’ so no one coming. Bell agent later admitted it was late, so they just decided not to come. No actual emergency.
