The tech falsely claimed to have called me so they could just cancel their last service of the day. I'm paying 140$/month and 10 year + user. I guess it's time to switch it up. @Bell what's your best plan?

  • MossChristina Christina Moss (@MossChristina) reported

@YammaAdel @Bell Stay away from Bell! Terrible service too!

  • woodland_kayla Kayla (@woodland_kayla) reported

@Bell_Support Care to explain why none of my services through you are working? Internet is nonexistent, texts are not sending, no LTE and none of my neighbours can use their landlines. None of your support can explain why is this happening.

  • HopeBurnzBlue Metanoia (@HopeBurnzBlue) reported

@Bell_Support No, the very swift 12 hour response time was long enough for the problem to correct itself.

  • RonySoos Ranjit Soos (@RonySoos) reported

@Bell since Jan I have been facing problems with your network. Call drops, other person not able to hear me speaking has become a feature of your network. Please do something about your network & stop loyal customers from switching to competitors. I’m located in Calgary NE AB CA.

  • MossChristina Christina Moss (@MossChristina) reported

@Ruthamil @Bell_Support East Credit here and we’ve been intermittent all weekend. Waited all day for Bell tech, and never came! Now told it’s an area thing and the repair time beeps pushing and now possibly tomorrow. Called 310 bell for update and asked to reboot the modem for the 20th time!

  • JenniferKastein jennifer kastein (@JenniferKastein) reported

Anyone else having major issues with @Bell internet? No service for 10 days! (FABULOUS) Service tech was here for 6 hrs. Still couldn’t get it going! Unreal!

  • jakelarocque17 jakelarocque17 (@jakelarocque17) reported

@Bell This garbage is the reason why I switched to Rogers

  • vesper1978 J (@vesper1978) reported

@petersmithca @Bell_Aliant @Bell_Support Bell LL isn't POTS. It's VOIP, just it's handled by their hardware. However changing DNS shouldn't have broken it as it runs over a different VLAN than your internet.

  • JenniferKastein jennifer kastein (@JenniferKastein) reported

@Bell_Support I’ve already been through this. Waiting to hear back…but to hear them (Bell Toronto not my service tech) blame a 5G network in the US when I’ve had a 5G network in town for months with no ill effects is mind boggling. How stupid do you think I am?
