Just cancelled our #BellCanada account after more than 40 years. @Bell has terrible customer service and is charging us to use a phone when we can't even cross the border into #Canada.

@Bell_Support Tj this is stemming from when you tried to help the last time and I’m still having issues. And this has been I believe since April when I had returned a Samsung and received a new phone. But never was credited and was charged for a new one

@Bell Hey your costumer service people that cant speak English properly have hung up on me and told me to fix my own problem. Was I mad, sure. Not my problem, but your representatives are ADDING MONEY TO MY PAYMENTS I NEVER AGREED TO. Joke. Im calling Elon for StarLink soon.

@Bell_Support Asked to speak with someone who would know or be able to push the possibility of me getting fibe and nothing. There’s no one I can speak to. It’s ridiculous. I’m literally begging for your service and y’all aren’t doing anything about it.

@Bell @Bell_Support newest idea for providing internet is an above ground wire from my place 15 houses down. No word on how to keep internet after someone runs over the cable with a mower. To be clear - fix this properly or go to hell. Still no internet btw. Order date March 3.
