    @SilentNoMoreFnd I was assaulted @Bell by my boss on a daily basis and all other managers & director can see this behavior but watched him like it was entertainment. Colleagues asked why do I let him treat me this way but noone did anything

    @Bell why does it take 27 minutes to cancel a tech support call, AFTER you’ve been connected to an agent? AND the agent wasn’t even sure my appointment had been cancelled. What a disappointment in customer service.

    Why should I be surprised that @Bell Loyalty Department did not call me back this a.m. as promised. This is only the 5th or 6th time a promise has been made and broken about call back to me. A 40 year plus customer of Bell, that doesn’t even matter. #ldnont

    Why is it so hard to find an employee with @Bell_Support who can actually help? 3 hours of waiting and talking to people who can’t help is ridiculous.

    @Bell It would be wonderful if you could get our “amazing” internet up and running...considering we are in a pandemic and kids are “supposed” to be online learning...thanks for eating up my cellular data...so paying for a service I can’t access and piling up yet another bill!!!
