Agent that’s helping to fix my modem ends the call and doesn’t call back, they sent a defective modem and want me to pick up a new one! store doesn’t have it available, new one ships in 1 or 2 days, no options to get a tech to come, no internet to work… A joke.

You don’t have those receivers so if you want one, you have to buy one ??? WTF it’s simple one honest phone call made at the very beginning and chaos ever since
