    @Bell_Support Hi Bell support, how do I remove port protection? I called in last week, was told there is NO port protection. I am trying to port the number to Rogers. But when Rogers called in , your Bell ppl told the line has port protection and can’t be ported. Pls help! Thanks

    @Bell our internet line was cut by a landscaper. Filed repair report with carrier, Bell automated call received within 3 hours to schedule repair. Call dropped & woman never called back. Called Bell back & was advised I was level 1 so he couldn't help me?????

    Beware if you call @Bell with a technical issue. I called today and an hour later, an email was sent confirming a change to my account. They added a charge unbeknownst to me and without my consent. I’ve called and they’ve reversed it but be aware! #nothappy #bell #ripoff

    @Bell I’ve been trying to port numbers away from you. It’s been rejected every single time and you contradict yourself in the port. Who can help? I call customer service and no luck! I’m tired of this and have submitted a port with the CSR and you still reject? Help me!!!

    @Bell I'm livid! I've been paying for device care. I dropped my phone and cracked the screen. Went online to fill out the repair request, and I'm hit with a $300 service fee. WTF is the point of the insurance I pay every month!
