I would like to thank @bell for the extra 50 GB of data they provide every time @hydroquebec has a power failure. At least one huge company is doing a little something to help their customers.

@Bell_Support The same problem is happening with us in Quebec... Bell said the problem would be resolved by 3am, it's still not resolved. No internet... no TV... nothing. Their website is not even updated.

@Bell_Support my fine connection was cut today. Your service staff were outside. I booked an appointment for tomorrow. I got a text message saying the appointment is cancelled because there is an outage. Outage check tells me that isn't true and my neighbour's connection is fine.

@omg_tyson @Bell_Support Yes, In Tiny outside of Penetang/Midland. This a repeat of our 7 days of no setvice over Christmas. Too bad Rogers does not service my area. We had almost no problems for years with Rogers in Midland.

Hey @bell, called you guys 2 weeks ago to notify that mobile net. antenna serving my house has issues. Ticket was issued & tech team confirmed the problem. Yet after checking this week and filing another ticket, your team hasn't followed up. And this is a business account. #fail

@Bell_Support any updates on the shortage??? i am a student and i work from home and so does my father, we have no connection whatsoever right now and are seriously struggling with this outage. you guys sent a message that it would be finished by 3:40-7:40 yesterday and now nothing?

@Bell_Support southend Barrie here, line cut since 10:30 this morning, no internet, tv or home phone, but no expected service restoration until end of day Saturday, or Sunday?? Tell your crews to get to work. If a line was cut, replace it... Why are the trucks not on site??
