@Bell_Support Hi Bell, I am a wireless home internet customer and I haven’t been able to get speeds over 10mb/s since the start of my new billing cycle. I believe you are still throttling my service from the previous month that I went over and it hasn’t gone back to normal.

Singed up for @bell fibe less than a year ago and they’re already increasing my bill 5% without notifying me. Is this even legal? What a terrible company. @BBBCentralON

We recently moved to Canada and we have whole bundle(internet, home phone, cable, 2 cellphone lines) with @Bell . Took 400$ deposit for cellphone lines and there has been no further communication. Getting multiple scam calls to provide SIN and CC info. Need help.

@Bell You need 5000 customer service representatives 24/7/365. Rogers beats you because you have limited customer service. Your customer service is only 9-5 on weekdays and Rogers customer service is 24/7/365.
