In Canada, Rogers and @Bell compete hard for the title of the worst internet provider. That's unbelievable how deceitful they are and how terrible their customer service is.

Problem w/@CRTCeng is they don't give a **** about transparency. @Bell raises fees on people's plans but they don't tell them outright they sneak it into the bill saying it'll go up in future. No one is looking at their bill if their monthly hasn't changed. **** CRTC and Bell

@Bell_Support Is this your normal customer experience? Should I have to follow up the tech guy who doesn't show up on the scheduled appointment for fixing the internet? Starting from Monday until now.

@Bell_Support Instead replying “oh we’re sorry to hear blah blah blah” just fix the damn tower here. Stop adding more people to an already full tower. You make me sick. Looks like you have lots of issues with others too
