    PSA @Bell internet in MB (aka BellMTS) is down (took an hour on hold on the phone to find it out - is posting a tweet that hard??)

  • iMarkChua Mark Chua (@iMarkChua) reported

    Lol, just last week I had someone from @Bell try to sell me on moving my internet/cable. Told them I have Bell for my cell/data & after what happened w/Rogers I'm not interested in bundling my internet. They ASSURED me that an outage like that would never happen with Bell lol.

    @PaulMacNeill @Bell Unbelievable. Such a bad decision by @bell

  • JoseDeportivo84 José José (@JoseDeportivo84) reported

    @Bell misallocated my payment for home and internet. They cut off my service despite the mistake being on their end. I've jumped through every hoop. Resubmitted payment and still no service. Horrible customer service

  • LoonySne Sneha Bendre (@LoonySne) reported

    @Bell @Bell_Support I have spent 2+ hours on phone since morning with your Customer Service and Sales teams. This is unacceptable. If your sales team can't get the orders right, DON'T OFFER THE SERVICES! I am ready to cancel this whole order, let me know if that's what is needed to fix this. 3/n

    First @dangotoole and now @LisaLaFlamme_ …… this is not what they deserved. This is not how you treat people. It shows that all these employees are just numbers to @Bell. if this is how you treat people? How does that reflect on the #bellletstalk campaign?

  • CDNINVEGAS7 Mohamad Azimi (@CDNINVEGAS7) reported

    @PaulMacNeill @Bell Interesting. She's only 58 and got let go. Yet Lloyd Robertson was 76 when he stepped down. Hmmm. Not a good look on CTV's part.

  • EpicTwist2 EpicTwist (@EpicTwist2) reported

    @FF_MuTeX @Bell Is it cable service? Maybe is shorting the modem through the cable. Have you checked the power source where it connects? Maybe try on a different power outlet to see if that helps. Also checked if it is consistent, meaning if it happens every certain time (every hour/min)

    @Bell @FANEXPOCANADA @TorontoUltra Nice of you to support consuming media (1.5gbps download) but fail Canadians utterly on creating media to share with the world (30mbps upload). To quote CoD players everywhere, “ur trash, get gud”
