My wife and daughter run businesses from home. My daughter has a serious medical condition; a landline could be crucial if our cells fail. We need our internet/phone service, @Bell, and your reps are refusing to help. I can't imagine @cogecohelps would treat us this way.

@JoshCarreiro @V_Pierce13 @Bell_Support I was almost late for work! I think they fixed the issue right around when my alarm was supposed to go off (7:10am). Woke up naturally at “6:50” (aka actually 7:50 unbeknownst to me), closed my eyes for 20 min and next thing you know it was after 8. Weird!

@Bell Fix it or I’ll sue your asses off. Hey set it up for the mayor of Burlington who is being paid to do it by Canada Life. William Bray you know my case it’s been submitted 7 months ago with proof. Get on this it’s attempted murder. I have the proof with me.

@Bell_Support This is why I still use my alarm clock that also has a 9V battery in it so it keeps the correct time even if the hydro goes out in the middle of the night while I am sleeping. I have NEVER used the alarm on my phone.

@RakeshActuary @Bell Just curious -- problem did not start overnight Saturday to Sunday but from Sunday to Monday? Europe ended DST this weekend, wondering if it's related to that somehow.

@CousineauAlbert @Bell Im saying maybe that's why some bell phones switched and some didn't, some set on network time and some not.
