@VeganSteve420 @DrKateTO @Bell Your first sentence was fair. I won’t disagree. But telling me the mask is going to improve, or prevent the deterioration of their health is just garbage. Masks don’t stop aerosol spread, just droplets. Masks promote bacterial pneumonia. Has wearing a mask always been required?

@Bell_Support So you want to take this discussion behind closed doors @bell? That information is not what’s stated in my Contract. We can agree to leave it there as the complaint is logged with @CCTS_CPRST to investigate and represent #missold #Canada #poorcustomerservice

@Bell gotta be one of the worst internet providers 😔

@kingofqueensla1 @ChristineGuent8 @Bell When we had a Telus in home service a couple months ago we were notified that the technician would ascertain if it were safe or not to enter the house first. He arrived in a mask and kept it on the whole time.

  • chughes46can Chris Hughes (@chughes46can) reported

@Bell_Support I fully appreciate that but I have spoken to 4 online representatives and 2 in the call Center and the refund still hasn’t been paid out so don’t see why the Twitter team will be able to resolve. #poor #disppointed #customerservice

  • chughes46can Chris Hughes (@chughes46can) reported

@Bell_Support There is no need for that @Bell as I am aware of your process as I have spoken to 4 online customer service representatives and 2 Specialist Resolution Supervisors on the phone and we are still 28 days away from refund despite taking the security deposit in less than 28 secs

  • VeganSteve420 steven (@VeganSteve420) reported

@NotOftenShocked @DrKateTO @Bell Good customer service in most industries is defined as going above and beyond for customers , if a mask is a hindrance to do your job than perhaps that isnt the field for you. But complying with the personal health requests while within a customers home is just proper and polite

@Bell Just had a blip on my Fibe internet. My modem rebooted, then I got a "1201 Low Fibre Signal" error on my modem. Seems to be ok now, but what gives?

  • keep6ixsolid keep6ixsolid (@keep6ixsolid) reported

@Bell gotta be one of the worst internet providers 😔 its only been day 2

  • DrKateTO Kate (@DrKateTO) reported

@Loopytea1 @Bell It's very frustrating to be honest. If a technician wanted to smoke inside my home or wear ***** boots, I would ask them not to, and I would hope they would listen. Yet somehow masking has become a huge wedge issue. Such a failure of public health messaging.
