@acmusiclady @brittlestar @Bell_Support Same! It was cheaper to include the landline when we moved over to Bell 8 years ago, and when I tried to cancel, they just made it free. Don't even have a phone plugged in at this point.

@brittlestar @Bell_Support What your really saying is that Bell won’t fix it because it IS a landline.

@brittlestar @Bell_Support My understanding is that the land lines now go to a central computer. So they won’t work when systems go down just like VOIP doesn’t.

@brittlestar @Bell_Support When my cell phone and my home internet went down 2 weeks ago, the only thing that I had to call and get both cell and internet up and running was my old trusted land line. Never giving it up no matter the cost.

@Dgw4806 @brittlestar @Bell_Support We no longer have a land line and don’t regret ridding ourselves of Bell. Does it cost us more for internet, maybe, but it is worth it not to have to deal with Bells horrible customer service. There are ways to get rid of Bell.

@brittlestar @Bell_Support The problem isn’t that you still have a landline(I still have one), It’s that you overpay for it by having it with Bell, is why I’ll make fun of you!

@Bell customer service is terrible, I’ve talked to 4 people today to resolve an issue for me, they keep transferring my call. I’ve been on the phone for an hour now. I keep having to repeat my story… and now I’m on hold. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to use Bell 😡

@brittlestar @Bell_Support Landlines are for filling out necessary forms only. Same with a backup email address. Cuz, security and ****....
