  @Bell Rogers, Bell, both need a shake up from a monster from the states. Had Rogers, left due to incompetence and poor customer service, now with Bell, not bad on the customer service front, but it’s tv packages and channeling are the issues. Pay way to much for what we get.

  @Bell_Support But again those methods all require either working cell or internet, none of which she had because your service was down. The point is she went IN PERSON for help and was told they couldn’t help her unless she had tried virtual means first. There should be a work around!

  Hey @Bell - it takes some kind of special for a company to screw up one customer move as badly as you have on this one. 5 hour wait & no show. No call or explanation. Several hours of being bounced from one service rep to another - to no satisfaction. Staggeringly bad service.

  Really @Bell, outage in my area that won’t be fixed until 9:30am on the 10th? Is that a 48h job? Or a 1.5h job that won’t be started until after the long weekend?

  @Bell_Support please explain why my texts and data are taking forever to send or just not even working. This issue has been going on since mid March and everyone I know using bell is having these same issues. Sometimes calls aren't even working and yet I've got no clear response

  @Bell_Support, You cannot make this stuff up for a customer's first experience with Bell where Bell made their new customer solve Bell's mistake and literally made every effort they could to make their customers experience so hard that Bell forced their customer to plead...

  @Bell_Support I call you guys for help because my phone keeps going into sos mode. Agent walks me through a network reset. Now all my wifi passcodes are gone. I had no idea. No warning. Years of passwords at clients’ houses gone. I hate @Bell so much right now. 🖕
