    @Bell it's been a week and countless calls to your call centers. I'm beyond frustrated. All I want is my land line phone to work. HELP!

    @Bell_Support @Bell worst customer service. I took day off and asked my son to take day off to help me during technician visit today. No one came. I called and they said technician will call to reschedule with no reason given. I will cancel as I can't take another day off.

    @angns @Bell Yup. We had to get their ‘pods’. $$ grab. Maybe their service should just work. Our old provider we had coverage in the backyard!

    .@Bell_Support your customer service is atrocious. Was a victim of porting fraud. I spent hours with myBell Thursday and they assured me it was being remedied but 24 hours later @Bell security told me they'd heard nothing about it and couldn't help. How can we trust your company?
