I have noticed my ability to use cell networks in Ottawa and area seem to have greatly gone down on multiple devices(Apple/android) many friends agree the service has gotten really lousy and slow. Talk and scroll almost impossible now

It would not register my requests, suggests completely different solutions as to what was needed or tried to get me to upgrade my plan.
