  • terebifunhouse d.merrill getting ready for 2023 (@terebifunhouse) reported

@neoengel @Bell @CRTCeng we had Rogers and Bell and they both are awful. Bad service, bad prices, bad everything.

  • HonkytonkBob23 HonkytonkBob23 (@HonkytonkBob23) reported

@Bell Why would anyone trust your TV service from a phone company that can't provide a mobile network for any customer not in a large urban centre.

  • hellosidknee 🔪 𝓼𝓲𝓭𝓷𝓮𝔂 🔪 (@hellosidknee) reported

@RogersHelps The only credit I got was $20 from the mass outage in the fall, and a tiny discount on service. Why shouldn't I go to @Bell? no one in my building has issues with them, and they've given me a massive incentive to sign with them. just wanted to avoid the new account set up, but...

  • Claire10804776 Claire (@Claire10804776) reported

@DarcieLanthier if I call @Bell, they tell me they're the best service provider in Canada. Ultimately I reduced my tv channels to basic to manage costs

  • BIG_PIG_13 Lorne Willmott (@BIG_PIG_13) reported

Wow technical support @Bell_Support sucks. Technician hung up on me and the second did crap. I think I'm done with @Bell. Cancellation coming hard and fast!

  • farmablefibres farmablefibres (@farmablefibres) reported

@ChrysalisChris @Bell @Bell_Support Lack of competition created a lousy environment for users in Canada. The company doesn't care about you as a customer. They pay their employees to aquire new customers. They (all 3 of them) suck and we have the some of the most expensive charges for these services in the world.

  • EcoleDeDjembe Ecole De Djembe (@EcoleDeDjembe) reported

@Bell_Support I still have no service in downtown Toronto, in M5A postal code. Rebooted several times today, but no functional internet since yesterday.

  • tomfowlerbug tom fowler (@tomfowlerbug) reported

So after going through three routers in two weeks, despite having told @bell each time that the problem was the line coming into the house, the wifi just conked out (again) and the newest router is telling us the network’s working fine… there’s just no connection to the house.

  • bigd07ca Danny (@bigd07ca) reported

@RogersHelps internet came back for 3 full hours, woohoo, down again! Come on @Bell_Support I need higher speed in my area so I can make the change, 25mbs doesn’t cut it
