Bell Canada Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • reggiebluejay Gina Silva (@reggiebluejay) reported

@Bell_Support Both Fibe TV & email not working. Again. The fact that #Bell actually acknowledges this outage means it's affecting many users. Otherwise, they try to get away with not addressing outages at all. Maybe Bell should test fully before executing system changes that affect service..?

  • WesternGraham Graham Western (@WesternGraham) reported

@Bell_Support @Bell I called Bell as my e- mail was not working at 6.45 this morning. There was no recording advising of outage. I called back again at 8.55 and this time waited one hour 10 minutes only for your service rep to say there was a server issue and hopefully would be resolved soon

  • domainrecap Domain Recap (@domainrecap) reported

@Bell_Support This is a bad outage that affected all my Bell email (DNS) & intermittent issues with other services. H-A-C-K, but like Rogers, Bell will probably cook up some excuse. This is the problem with an always-online world, the world is always online trying to steal your data & money.

@Bell_Support I should have known a problem was coming when earlier this week my deleted folder had emails reappear from over a year ago., I empty it normally on a daily basis.

  • PVidz Pete Vidovich (@PVidz) reported

@travellingvatty @Bell_Support Not working in Hamilton either

  • tammyrey20 Tammy Rey (@tammyrey20) reported

@benny_lombardi @Bell_Support Same here... 1 hr on hold to be told it's an email server issue with no eta. Smh

  • danishcanadian Leah Christensen (@danishcanadian) reported

@Bell_Support I’m having issues with my TV, and now the #BellFibe app. Seriously, @Bell is starting to act like @Rogers and I’m starting to wonder why #TV is even necessary. What’ll you do to make my huge cable bill worth it? I’m ready to scrap Bell.

  • HCchillman 🔺 Hank🔺 (@HCchillman) reported

@oliverplante @Bell_Support just email down for me.

  • mizzytizzy mtizz (@mizzytizzy) reported

@Bell_Support @Bell I was advised by customer service that this was a planned maintenance. Why weren’t we advised!? Where’s the compensation for a full day outage?

  • mizzytizzy mtizz (@mizzytizzy) reported

An hour and a half on hold with @Bell to find out why my tv isn’t working, only to be advised that this was a planned maintenance and it would be back tomorrow. If it was planned, why weren’t we advised? If I’m losing a full day of service I expect compensation.
