@Pammerhockey @Bell_Support Do that with Rogers once a year. Probably could do it more often because it isn't a contract deal. In 2020, they offered me the EXACT same services, but for $15.50/month less. The whole system is so stupid. That said, dealing with Rogers CSR since I switched in '08, seems better.

Hi @Bell_Support our internet and phone lines stopped working at 4pm today. 3 hours, 5 calls to Bell, different departments and disconnections and told tech can’t help us until Thursday July 1st. Small business relying on phone and internet

Why is @Bell Canada service so bad? I have been without internet or landline since Monday. Each technician seems to make things worse. Why? Next attempt is promised for tomorrow. Nothing can be done today. Understaffed? Is it poor training? Chronically neglected infrastructure?

@Pammerhockey @Bell_Support Never trust big biz. Remember when insurance cos. first introduced data tracker apps, advertising "it'll only be used to calculate discounts, never to increase premiums". The whole time lobbying insurance regulators to let them use the data against customers. ON let them last yr.

@bell_support we pay for 150 MB/s and get 120KB a second. You all should die of covid. I am tired of 4 years of your ****. Break Bell up.

@patstagepage @Bell That's terrible. Bell offers the worst customer service of any of the telcos.

But @Bell_Support @Bell you refuse to accommodate. It's not a resource issue or an infrastructure issue...the internet is there, available, and very reliable! You just don't have enough customers here, so it's not profitable for you to offer me a plan that supports my needs.

@Bell_Support @Bell you guys just 'locked the port' on a 90 year old widow, no phone, no cable, no internet...this is now a safety issue. She has been a top tier client for 50 years ....get it sorted!!
