    "Been a @Bell Mobility customer for over 2 years, paid a $100 security deposit in 2023. Policy says it refunds automatically after 6 on-time payments, I've had 25+. Chat rep confirms deposit exists but transfers me to a 'call queue' for Accounts Receivables. 20+ minutes waiting... This is why people call it 'stealing' deposits. @Bell, just refund the damn money.     @bellcanadahater @Bell Yesterday, I transferred my phone line from Rogers to Bell at the Vaughan Mills Bell store. I was told my line would be active within 20 minutes, but it never activated and my phone is still stuck on SOS.

    I think what we had was a bunch of Regional managers that were at a clip and they've closed off their tickets and the meeting came out to a bookworker from the sun or elsewhere so worst case scenario, buy a business modem in your workplace and chip in where you can. @Bell @opg
