.@Bell May I ask WHY... as an existing customer *with 3 phone lines* do I have to spent upwards of 15 hours on the phone playing ping pong between consumer and corporate support (who cannot talk to each other) and STILL cannot get these lines moved to a group personal line? HELP!

Still waiting weeks to get help with phone lines, so I just sent a LinkedIn DM to Director, Strategic Programs & Transformation at Bell Canada. Hope she can help @Bell transform a broken and siloed customer support system. @Bell_Support

@sam1026_ @vote4robgill The problem I am having with all my complaints is @bell is claiming I was not a federal employee. And until that is resolved it makes filing complaints in the right jurisdiction difficult.

@Bell_Support drove 3 hours to wait around marina for 8 hours to have your high speed tech dump job at last minute. New order, new revenue, increased existing subscriber spend. Take a guess whose service will be installed instead?

Changed my services from @SaskTel to @Bell roughly 6 months ago, couldn’t regret it more. Love having full bars of LTE service only to constantly be listening a “scratched CD” #bell #sasktel

Now @Bell_Support, I'm still waiting after weeks & ~20 hours on diff ping pong phone calls & used my time to DM VP, Partner Retail Sales, Bell Mobility. Shared LinkedIn connections so perhaps they will take time to listen. I *just* want to export from UVic as an existing customer
