@Bell_Support Fibe Internet has been down for several hours at my house in M1N. @downdetector suggests the problem is national, do you have any idea what the cause is or when it will be fixed?

@Bell_Support can it still be called 24/7 service if I was on hold for an hour and the automated message said “offices are now closed” and proceeded to hang up? Announce you have an internet outage instead of wasting my time. Unbelievable.
