@Bell_Support 3 days without internet. Technician came late yesterday then says coming back tomorrow, no one arrives, box open wires everywhere. We have to follow up with virgin, now saying no one will come until tomorrow. Only after this call were we offered temp data solution

@tractorboyns @Bell 2/2 That is why I will never be with them again. I have been with Eastlink since and will never look back. Never ever had an issue with them plus a local company with Maritime workers.

After a grueling few hours on the phone with @bell mobility, with shite customer service (not typical), I went to @TheSourceBell who saved the day - such friendly and knowledgeable staff. A positive experience. Seriously, if you're looking for a phone or any other tech, go there.

@backspin18 @Bell Be carefull at renewal. Read your contract because after I had paid my 2 cellphones they renewed at same price ( but the 2 phones were paid ). They wont credit me that difference after I called. Never received such a bad treatment.
