The Canadian (@MgniM) reported@Bell_Support I called. They were unable to help. Bell takes care of new customers much better than they take care of loyal, decades-long, customers. Reel them in. Raise the rates! Very disappointing.

arkade (@arkade_arak) reported@LeFortniteJesu1 @Bell 5mbps would make sense, however, 5gbps is the fastest internet offered in Canada and isn’t available for most residential homes. Therefore it wouldn’t apply to this scenario. Could you please elaborate on what I’m not understanding? Not trying to be rude.

Because the 1.5 GB speed will NEVER be seen because the Hub 3000 is Capped at 1GB, it's the Hub 4000 that will do it and has WiFi 6 as well, but they only offer it in Ontario & Quebec

I called and wanted to upgrade my device, and sign another new contract. They offered me the exact same offer a brand new customer gets!!! Where’s the love?
