@Bell_Support someone I spoke to at tech support last night that declared on of my five boxes needed to be replaced sent me to a Bell store to swap it out. I'm at the Bell store now and they claim they do not provide that service and it needs to be mailed to me. Please advise.

@Bell I've been a @TELUS user for over 2 decades since this last contract. 2 years of flawlessness, and a renewal on my phone, just as flawless. Looking forward to a new device $0 down By @TELUS Stop emailing me would you?

Hey @Bell_Support Three calls to Bell and none of the CSRs believed I had a password issue. Wrong. Just solved it. But please thank each and every one of them for suggesting I pay $6/month for tech help instead of looking into the situation.

So, @Bell - why do you treat customers so badly? We ordered Wireless internet installation & you immediately cut off our current service which I need for remote teaching. Local Bell technician says no need for this. Spent 2 hours on phone discovering customer service don't care.
