    @Bell_Support I connected the Bell hub to a new TV. The TV downloaded an update but now there is no connection. No cable and no Netflix, etc. Other devices can connect to the wifi but no internet signal. Already rebooted the router a couple times. Suggestions?

    @Bell_Support I’m waiting for your reply. How are you going to address your company’s lack of respect by sending salespeople to go door to door trying to sell your services on the eve of a Provincial lock down due to exploding SARS-Cov-2? @ottawahealth

    @Bell_Support If you wish to address this, stop sending sales people door to door engaging in high pressure sales tactics. I have nothing but empathy for the sales person. He was put into a bad situation by The Corporation. We are heading into a month long lock down courtesy of Bad behaviour

    @bell_support And now they "think" my tech might be 4 hours late but they can't confirm. This is after 4 people (including 2 supervisors) told me it was impossible to know the time. I guess @Bell_Aliant considers missing an appt and making me wait all day good customer service
