Anyway because of @Bell_Support ‘s incompetence, we may not see internet until Tuesday or later. Not impressed as a first time customer for internet

@Bell what is wrong with your internet service today? Have no connection in Thornhill? Even when it is working, less than 10mb down and .5 up. Pretty crappy for a company that suggests it has the fastest internet service

@Bell_Support I am not sure who this goes to, Bell recently repaired a downed fiber line and in my opinion it's way to low and will be ripped down again. I think it should be looked at so I don't lose my fiber again.

Hey @Bell...I pay $20/month for your @TSN Live app which constantly conks out preventing me from watching NBA games. I end up watching the game through other sources which are free of charge, making me realize I never need to pay you again. Your business model is weird.

And nothing to do with anything on-site. Rogers won't help me out do anything to correct the situation, causing me to lose work days as a result. This is entirely unacceptable and I will have to move my business elsewhere with my only other option being @Bell.
