@Bell 2) Will send one today. Recieved a call to confirm a tech will be there approx 3pm. Recieved automated confirmation at 2:45 a tech will be there soon. No tech showed up. Called bell, spoke with one rude Rep, asked to be transfered to loyalty dept.

@Bell_Support I power cycled the base Fibe TV unit before we we went shopping this afternoon & so far the service tonight appears to be working normally without freezing again. If it keeps happening in future during the day again then I told my Mom to call Bell support.

@Bell I don't understand how such a large corporation that's been in existence since forever does not understand how to provide decent customer service or a pain free internet set up. Here's to hoping Rogers can beat the extremely low bar you have set.

@chevvy786 @Bell As someone who switched from Bell to Rogers I’m sorry to disappoint, but they do not lol Constant outages, bill always goes up for no reason, wifi is weak and they just want to sell you more stuff to “fix it” Two cents you didn’t ask for from a stranger
