No internet from @Bell because my installation never happened, since Jun 11. Meanwhile @Rogers cut off my service 15 days before contract end. Two telecom giants, one customer caught in the middle. Is consumer choice in Canada becoming meaningless? #ConsumerRights #Telecom

Called @Bell to upgrade my Mobility plan from the $35 plan to the $85 Ultra Plan. I was told as a loyal customer I would have to pay $105. The advertised $85 rate is only available to new customers. How does this make any sense?

@Rogers You better make it worth my while. I have just moved my Internet to you from @Bell. I haven't cancelled @Bell yet, but I will cancel you because of this horrible client disrespect. I don't have hours to wait for your idiotic customer service.

@Bell Order No: BL7BPCVL Iโ€™m unable to send you a DM, likely because your X account has restrictions on who can message you. In any case, Iโ€™m sure youโ€™re familiar with working from order numbers, so please use the order number above to look into this issue. Thank you.
