@Bell_Support Why do I have to chase y’all down when I pay the highest in JUST home phone nearly $70 per month for service?? And then it didn’t even work and y’all promised a credit for the service interruption and it’s STILL not been applied how many weeks later???

i for one am not at all suspicious that my wifi reach throughout the house cratered at precisely the exact same time @Bell began offering a product to fix this problem
