    After spending 1 1/2 hours on the phone with @Bell_Support I'm so angry. Our Synagogue building has been sold. We have to move. We no longer have an office. We don't need 5 phonelines at this time. In order to cancel Bell is charging our not for-profit $2375 to cancel service

    Thank you @Bell for wasting my mother’s time and having her cry after 4 days of lies and hours of time on the phone. Way to go, be kind to seniors lol. Horrible experience now I have to calm my mother down

    You'd think they could at lease negotiate this excessive fee. The people in charge send peons without any power to apologise but offer no compromise. I'm going to cancel as much as my @bell services as I can. 1st to go my home phone. Need me? Call my cell

    Same day service from @bell is a joke! Tech from @bel_support doesn’t show up, even doesn’t call for anything! Internet is down since Wednesday late night and customer has to wait for service until Monday for an unknown time!

    @jaycola @Bell_Support That's despicable, Bell. Surely, you could work with a rep from a house of worship to negotiate some terms. It's unconscionable there would be a $2,375 fee to cancel. By not negotiating you're creating a domino effect whereby Bell will lose a lot of business going forward.

    Am often unhappy with @Bell service but today was great. Tech asked if he could come by early (yes!). He was v polite, masked up right away, spent time solving the problem + promised to book a permanent solution (again: 3rd time is the charm?). He was fab.

    @Timjgodson @Bell Same. They are a horrendous company and most employees are awful. I cancelled service back in March and are still dealing with them to this day. They just keep harassing me. Worst decision I made

    @Bell_Support are there any reports of an outage in Halton Hills? We have been down for almost 30 minutes. Hub 3000 has been rebooted twice.
