    @Bell please explain to me why everything I call about fibe tv I'm told it's not available? The people in the building owned by my mom company have it, a neighbor 6 doors down, same complex has it. Supposedly my internet is fibe.. but no fibe TV? Yet Roger's can do it?

    OMG @Bell_Support Your call center is messed up! 28 minutes on the phone and no satisfaction. I've been told 3 different & contradicting resolutions! They can't keep their stories straight. Pick a solution for me PLEASE

    @Bell_Support why do you peach about bell Let’s talk but when I was in a domestic violence relationship and explained it to your customer service worker she still didn’t care and made me pay for a bill that abuser put under my name? Every other company has sympathy but you..irony

    @Bell_Support Is there a contact that can assist? Our installation did not happen at all today. Just waited. After 5 hours we got a text saying the job was done. Called for help. 5 hours later no call back.

    @Bell When a Bell Rep comes to your door & you politely say 3 times you are not interested & close the door. They then leave a door tag with their contact info hanging on your door ****. Just so I can throw it out. WHY! I said no 3 times & now I have garbage on my door.

    @Bell_Support love this ISP. internet has been out for 12+ hours and they keep giving generic responses without actually addressing issues, then proceeds to claim that their services are fixed. employees are horrible over the phone and have outright swore at us lmao?? are yall ok

    @AvoidAmazon @Bell_Support @CCTS_CPRST Thank you. Well, they finally sent my final bill. They seem ace at messing up simple things. They had sent it to collections for THREE times the correct amount instead of just giving me my final. That's why I went to CCTS for help.
