    @Bell_Support Why do I have to chase y’all down when I pay the highest in JUST home phone nearly $70 per month for service?? And then it didn’t even work and y’all promised a credit for the service interruption and it’s STILL not been applied how many weeks later???

    @Bell_Support I pay a lot for fast, reliable fibre internet and your online chat says there is a random outage and that it could take 48 hours to fix. How do I work for the next two days?

    i for one am not at all suspicious that my wifi reach throughout the house cratered at precisely the exact same time @Bell began offering a product to fix this problem
