Leo (@Leo71106092) reported@TheSpec she also has a medical alert service that isn’t working either with this outage. How many are in the same situation? One fall and we’re in big trouble. @Bell and @Bell_Support have been completely useless. Lying every other day when it will be repaired.

All these buildings are highly populated and it's not good leaving service out this long as other services TV/fibe phone are out also! Update pls!

Ask them for a document that states they are all removed and ask why it is not on website. Investigators have already received the answer. #cdnpoli
