    Hey @Bell_Support. Please tell me how I can go 2 weeks with no wifi or TV and NO solution from you guys? I’ve been told 4 days in a row that a crew are coming to fix it and guess what? I’ve waited around all day and nothing.

    @Bell Again, trying to get information, and was treated by not one, but two rude uninformed call centre people. Who then argued with me when I asked for a supervisor, stating I don't have time since I'm working, and my break is over. I'd appreciate being contacted please.

    May 12 came and went, and now @Bell and @Bell_Support are saying May 28. Need permit to lay line. Amazing, since I have "fiber straight to house". Can't explain why they need to lay line. Close to 2 months late. Tried to cancel, all of a sudden compensation is possible. 1/2

    @Rogers hi i switched over from @Bell because you swore you service was better. I've had your service 2 months many issues and today there is no internet today. I'll be considering canceling thanks for the memories.
