@Bell_Support Hey I appreciate that. I was just thinking tho, would it not be better to try to address the issue at the source and not with the individual? Bailing out a boat with a huge hole in it will only get you so far right!

  • countrystar420 Thunderking420 (@countrystar420) reported

@Bell how about an unlimited plan at 1 Mbps instead of this crap unlimited plan you offer , 512 is garbage and my phone somehow uses 30 gig in 3 days but only 60g in 30 days doing the exact same thing .. fix your problems

  • 67idjit Stef (@67idjit) reported

@Bell_Support I can't pay it until I know what the correct amount is. But no one is willing to assist. So by refusing assistance I'll assume that to mean you do not want or require payment. If that's incorrect, please help me.

@Bell_Support What is happening to the service in Niagara. It just cut out completely - and yes, I have tried resetting it. What is the issue?

  • AMBchvmpion ⚡️ (@AMBchvmpion) reported

How do you have a 24 he outage @bell ?

  • 67idjit Stef (@67idjit) reported

Checked my call log: 42 calls to @Bell_Support / @Bell over the last month. That's MORE than a call a day to try and rectify the issue. Still pending resolution. The agent who took the initial call and created this nightmare should be fired. Unbelievable #scam #CustomerService

  • tuxking2000 tuxking2000 (@tuxking2000) reported

@Bell_Support is it just me or Fibe having issues with certain stations in Montreal? TLC and CTV Montreal for example.

  • NerdCatGirl Nerdy trans girl (@NerdCatGirl) reported

@Bell Why don't you put fibre in the remote parts of the country like where I live then? Sat internet isn't good enough in 2021. Either that or your network is trash.

  • 67idjit Stef (@67idjit) reported

@Bell_Support I didn't realize I changed my mind. I was under the impression I did ask for help and still require such. So please explain why I'm being billed for 2 months of internet services when my account has only been active for a month.

@Bell_Support The offshore tech and sales has not been one of your better experiences for years. Please repatriate all of these jobs. Overseas tech support is generally quite a miserable experience.
