@Bell_Support I’m on the phone with bell tech support. Drew from customer service just told me the internet in candiac will be back up at midnight today. @Bell_Support can you verify this????

  • NarqmanJR Zach Henri-Nielsen (@NarqmanJR) reported

@Bell_Support I already asked but guess I'll try again. Why isn't there redundancy in your network? Having one line for thousands of customers is clearly ignorant in times when people are so dependant on internet service. Clearly this problem is avoidable.

@Bell_Support You have all the information in your CRM about who is affected by this outage. Why is it that customers have to seek this information on Twitter instead of receiving updates via email/text messages?

@EbeaudryEric @Bell_Support They do not have diversity in their network in order to save money. It is a shame for a national tier 1. They use fate sharing to the max.

@Bell_Support What about service in Verdun? Not working since Sunday night
