@Bell Except our #BellFibe freezes, glitches, lags, loses connection to pvr during the gold medal game the other night.. the 4K channels never worked since set up same thing is happening.. terrible!!

@bell wow your mobility customer service is top notch eh? Sorry that was supposed to be completely sarcastic. Want to upgrade phone yet I have to pay full price for the phone (divided over 24months locked contract AND have to do a new plan which increases by $30/month.

@DPocroianu @Bell Calling regarding their utter contempt for the government's mandated rate lowering over two years earned me scorn & derision: 'where'd you read that, the newspaper?' I said, no, off the Government of Canada website. I attempted to read it to her, she hung up. Said not their issue

Dear @Bell: Why do you always value getting new customers instead of keeping the ones you have? I brought over $190/mon in mobility to you while I was a TV/Internet customer and now to get the best internet deal I have to go somewhere else. So frustrating.

@Bell since last April cell service in my area has stopped. Worked fine prior. Called in August, got a call back in Sept, tower needs to be fixed and I would get a call in 7 days. No call yet. Today I call and get this: it’s been more than 30 days, it’s a trending issue.
