@Bell Except our #BellFibe freezes, glitches, lags, loses connection to pvr during the gold medal game the other night.. the 4K channels never worked since set up same thing is happening.. terrible!!

Hello, @Bell_Support. I spoke to 5 of your tech support reps on the phone and chatted w/a rep via bell website and none of them can help me access my mode settings... Also, I'm paying extra for "premium support" for what? It has been a week nothing. What can i do next?

@Bell After over 30 years with Bell ifinally cancelled my services with them. Every single bill was different and could not explain why it was increasing. Customers still complain about that. No better! Customer service is horrible!!

@Bell My mother has a FibreOp line 45 feet from her house and you currently don't offer service to her because the line was ran 20 km I to the woods to an Irving camp... Why can't people connect to that line..
