EyeNeedDoze (@son_dean) reported@bell That was the strangest customer service experience I’ve ever had and I’m not confident in what I was instructed to do. This is the second time I have a weird experience with your cs. I appreciate the attempt but I can’t shop with you any more.

katiehasbangs (@katiehasbangs) reported@Bell AT LEAST DRAIN OUR DAMN RIVER r/shade ….honestly though, if you can, try to play with the water levels. There was sort of this, well, accident in 1908 when the S.S Medicine Hat literally ran into our traffic bridge because the water was too high. Yeah.

Therese (@theresemacdona6) reported@Bell On phone now. On hold of course!! Talk about stress. Unbelievable. A huge company like Bell to mean to treat its customers properly and send out someone to install!
-
Noon (@_noon278) reported@Highteaspeaks @Bell Watch out for the monthly offers in your mail box in a neat white envelope. I’ve never seen a company so relentless after they’ve lost all their goodwill.
-
conner petrie (@connerrpetrie) reported@TELUS @Bell Before you guys spend millions of dollars building AI datacenters in Kamloops and stealing all our water can you fix the horrible reception around town first? Can't even make or take a phone call in half the city but yes lets build AI datacenters 💁🏻
-
Mat Drouin (@matdrewin) reported@TELUS @Bell Why is the cell reception so bad in MTL? Very often at 1 bar. I get dead spots all the time.
-
Adarsh (@whois_adarsh) reported@Bell customer service is unbelievably bad. I have an auto credit applied to my account that keeps getting randomly deactivated every month, and I have to call again and again to get it fixed. Multiple calls, hours wasted, still no permanent resolution. Do better @Bell_Support
-
CyFr 🇨🇦💙💛 (@o0CyberFreak0o) reported@ModernAgri_Tips @Bell @Rogers As much as setting up cancelations early is peace of mind that you've taken care of incidentals. The truth of the matter is you almost never want to call in order to cancel until the new services are ready.
-
Ernie (@ErnieFemiOwen) reported@MichaelBrains @Highteaspeaks @Bell But how Freedom’s network reach though??? I think Fido is also after my life 😭😭😭 almost $60 for 20GB
