So last year when we were told it's only 2 weeks to flatten the curve, the @FordNation government lowered hydro prices and some cable companies offered free channels while we were all locked in our homes. Why no alms for the poor this time? @RogersHelps #ShawCable @Bell

@Bell_Support Do you support customer configurations where the Bell provided router is swapped out for a 3rd party router? Ex. if speeds dip some day, will you still check things from your side or will you force using the Bell provided router before providing support?

  • _sandeepjose Sandeep Jose (@_sandeepjose) reported

@Bell_Support I'm extremely disappointed with your customer service. I had disconnected my internet in December and have been charged incorrectly for the past two months. I paid in Dec expecting you to reverse and refund in Jan. Have spoken to 4 of your csd today with no help.

@Bell you should be ashamed of yourself. Not helping people with their service bills through these hard times.

If you have Ubiquiti gear and are thinking about using @Bell Canada Fibe, forget about it. Does not work and the double NAT has no fix as their stupid HB3000 router has no bridge mode. Garbage.

  • Croggy1899 Croggy | Memento Mori (@Croggy1899) reported

@Bell_Support Recently my family upgraded our internet package and were met with a modem upgrade, HomeHub2000, and the internet has been cutting out at least once a day. We've tried calling Bell techs numerous times and nothing they do fixes the issue. Any suggestions?
