@Bell The customer service is at best 3rd class. They promise help and the moment you disconnect the call/chat, everything is forgotten. Have reached out to them 5 times about a billing issue. Every time they say that the concern has been forwarded to the “higher department”.

@Bell the worst customer service, an issue in the telephone line since August. 2-3 hours of wait on each call, we had called more than 10 times since August.
