    Recently opted for @Bell Fiber 500 plan as I was committed for dedicated end to end speed of 500 mbps but getting only 200 mbps speed. Poor tech service as they don't know how to fix this issue. #poorcustomerservice

The police report will help your civil case that you file to recover punitive damages for the pain&suffering he caused you along with slandering you and damaging your reputation. Career losses and other losses can be included.

    @Bell_Support Sorry but I tried several times to get my original cell plan price I had since 2016 but Bell just kept increasing and making me loose GB of data and what I been told Bell or any companies should never increase peoples bills unless they request but I tried to be loyal but no help

    @Bell 19026257967. Received a call saying I had illegally changed my network settings and to “Press 1” if this wasn’t me. I haven’t changed anything. Scam?

    @CRTCeng @Bell_Support Are you honestly telling me that if I use your "Report Spam" form for this, CRTC will compel Bell to fix their unsubscribe function? Ha, I used to believe CRTC had power over Bell. I've learned the hard way it doesn't. I've reported it here, publicly. Prove me wrong.

    @Bell @Videotron Called Bell to cancel services as we switched to Videotron (same service but for less). After refusing retention offers the agent hanged up on me. Bell would offer better service if agents didn't fear losing their jobs over statistics/retention objectives. 👎👎

    @BELL WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE OVER CHAT. Stop hiring people in countries who can't speak English and who have no clue on how to answer customer queries.
