    @Bell_Support We have had our Internet down all day today. As a business with 28 employees and many customers coming in we can’t afford to wait till Monday for a service call. What can we do?

    The solution @Bell_Support has for avoiding US roaming charges when working in Canada near the border is keep your phone in airplane mode. Um. No. The point of the phone is to be able the communicate not to be a paperweight.

    @Bell_Support once again I am having billing issues - I have already called customer service and as usual they lie about call backs and adjustments. If you have other options in your area DO NOT go with bell. Worst customer service in the industry!

    @Bell_Support Hey Bell, I figured out what the problem is and why my FibeTV doesn't work. Your systems geolocation is broken - I noticed this when I went to the @weathernetwork and it put me into a random city rather than Kitchener. When will this be fixed? It's not my equipment.
