    @Bell The customer service is at best 3rd class. They promise help and the moment you disconnect the call/chat, everything is forgotten. Have reached out to them 5 times about a billing issue. Every time they say that the concern has been forwarded to the “higher department”.

    @Bell the worst customer service, an issue in the telephone line since August. 2-3 hours of wait on each call, we had called more than 10 times since August.

    @Bell_Support Thanks Bell. Heads up that the neighbourhood has many broken, damaged, and repaired poorly boxes (do you normally use garbage bags and zip ties to fix these?) I’ll keep you updated on my walks...

    @Bell_News @Bell @CraveCanada Overage fees for spotty internet aside your untended overpriced satellite service is an embarrassment I feel embarrassed for you. It looks identical to what it was 15 years ago. No joke
