@Bell I just finished spending over an hour on the phone with you people only to be cut off before I could get my problem solved I only wanted to change the expiry date on my credit card. Really, over an hour an couldn't get this simple thing accomplished. Customer Service!

@J_Ko__ @Bell Honestly they are all the same. And at one time you could deal with Bell Support here on Twitter and get a decent loyalty deal but now that's not allowed anymore. Bell gets roughly $450.00 /month from me. That's a decent car payment and I have nothing extra in services.

Thinking very seriously about switching to @Eastlink for home internet and cable. Have had EXTREMELY frustrating ‘support’ from @Bell_Support TWICE in the last six months (resulting in HOURS on the phone) and totally disappointed and dissatisfied with their current service.
