    @Bell_Support Fibe is down. Virtual diagnostic tool is broken. The phone company has no one available to answer their phones!?!? And no agents available for live chat.

    @Bell_Support what's going on with my Fibe TV service? The picture & sound are constantly in & out. I pay you a ton of money, you could at least message your customers to tell us what's going on, especially given your phone line isn't accepting calls. Nice customer service!

    Hey @Bell_Support - no Fibe TV service now in south Etobicoke. Tv screen is all pixels and frozen. Tried to restart my box and it don’t do anything. All I see is the Bell Fibe screen

    @Bell_Support My Fibe TV and wireless internet are not working. I have tried rebooting as well as a hard reset. I have also tried the virtual repair tool! I cannot get through on the phone due to high call volumes. Oh and according to the Bell website, there are no outages!!!
