    @lindagrande3 @Bell This is what I experienced today. Sorry not sorry but unless I buy a new phone you cannot have the $50 plan. Instead pay $75 cos you’ve been a customer for over 40 years!! There is no loyalty to your long time customers. When I said I was going to cancel, it was thanks, see ya.

  • genyosha_ca Eugene Hernandez (@genyosha_ca) reported

    @jodyvance @Bell_Support Horrible service

  • smoothmedia smooth 🇺🇦 (@smoothmedia) reported

    @jodyvance @Bell_Support Jody, are you sure you actually called Bell Support? Sounds like something a fake (scam) alert might say to get you to call THEIR scam call center.

  • cirex cirex (@cirex) reported

    @Bell_Support I experience very reduced internet service every evening. We are on the Fibre 3.0 service and have latency and speed issues.

  • itsEqualitee Christopher Savage (@itsEqualitee) reported

  • bob_gervasi Bob Gervasi (@bob_gervasi) reported

    @Bell_Support Thanks, after an hour being tossed around I finally found someone to help

  • BailzBucket Bailz (@BailzBucket) reported

    @Bell_Support Okay but explain how that’s any different than what I said? Why is it cheaper for me to change my plan to a **** 10$ plan, and activate a new line and switch SIM cards? Also should note I worked for y’all for 2 years and the amount of **** that y’all made me say/sell in insane

  • outta_watson Sports and tech (@outta_watson) reported

    @jodyvance @Bell_Support Did you DM them? Did you get support?

  • jodyvance Jody Vance (@jodyvance) reported

    .@bell_support FAIL. I do not have a bell mobility account yet received an alert that $500 has been charged to my credit card today. After 45 minutes on hold and being transferred five times nothing solved/resolved. Horrible customer service. ZERO interest in helping stop fraud

  • NancyGerein Nancy Gerein (@NancyGerein) reported

    @jodyvance @Bell_Support I’ve been told by their own employees that their customer service is horrible.
