@Bell_News @Bell Why did you get rid of Tom Brown? He is a good man with a family to support ,plus his toy mountain was always a sign of Christmas coming... shame on you for replacing him with a blonde *****.

@Bell 2/2 instead of trying to get new business you should be offering your existing clients incentive to stay. As soon as I can find a provider that can give me the service I want For a really great rate - I will be moving - even if I have to go stateside to do it.

  • M_OFarrell Michael O'Farrell (@M_OFarrell) reported

This just happened. I called @Bell's customer service and I could hear a rooster in the background. 🐓 The agent I was speaking to was from the Philippines. 🇵🇭

@Bell_Support spent six hours today trying to fix a minor issue. After six hours of run arounds and terrible customer service I think it may be time to find a new internet/tv provider. Issue still not resolved.

  • cntctdkumar Dhanesh Kumar (@cntctdkumar) reported

@Bell_Support your doorbell is pathetic, keeps going off network, doesn’t capture visitors unless doorbell is pressed (except once in blue moon) and complaints fall on deaf ears while keeps on charging much higher amount than competitors #bewareofell

  • agatadoit Agata Borucz (@agatadoit) reported

@AllTheLoveCoco @Bell Totally agree. I am dreading calling Bell for anything. Customer of 30 years! Any time it's time to upgrade the phone, I am ending up with emotional breakdown and bigger bill to pay!

  • chegg_ow chegg (@chegg_ow) reported

@ShunnedOW @RedexBB @Bell Other than the fact that my xfinity’s wifi used to cut out once a year, one time even being a whole week, I looked elsewhere. They were ok, but when they sucked, they SUCKED.
