    why did @bell call MY @koodo cell phone, to tell ME that they can't tell me why they're calling because it's about my mom's phone. then demand i validate my identity (which was already done) but won't tell me why they called. you called ME? and your rep was rude as ****, wtf?!?

    @Rogers this is the best email of the week! Considering we had intermittent internet access on Mon & slow wireless since, I’m thinking you owe ME. I’ll happily pay once you get your act together and start delivering the service we are paying for. @Bell make me an offer!

    @Bell_Support your service is as reliable as Doug Ford. It's utterly frustrating to have had six months of problems. And i thought if a call with tech support is disconnected, they're supposed to call back?

    @Bell_Support @Bell Home internet was done since yesterday. Instructed to exchange a new Hub 3000. Still getting error 2000. Called internet support, was told a 2 PM callback regarding this new router change. So far nothing. When can I get my internet back?

    Praise be! @Eastlink came through - modem showed up in the mail, so we have service. On time, and as agreed. What a concept, eh @Bell ? Sadly, they don't offer your upload speed otherwise I would be cancelling my order with you right now. #EndTheDuopoly #ToHellWithBell

    @Bell_Support so thankful @koodo not only has better and cheaper phone plans, but also customer support reps who have social skills and know how to make their customers happy 🥰

    @dariapekh @Bell_Support I had to remove the battery from the hub, unplug the hub. The tech did a factory reset so-to-speak, because my reboot wasnt fixing the issue. Then I had to unplug my tv receivers as well cuz the TV was down too... after 30 minutes everything was up and running
