BitcoinBiker (@crypto_xarlie) reportedHorrible experience with @Bell . Sign a deal on march 7 for a phone, plan and watch for a set price, have the contract and order details in my email. Phone and watch took more than 1 month to be delivered. Now, when I went to the store to pick up, the total bill that was supposed to be around $65 was showing around $120. The @Bell representative tried, but could not get the price that they sold me the products in the first place, saying it was a system error and that everything should go back to normal after finalizing the deal, but everything still the same and my billing still wrong. @Bell how you gonna solve this? I will only pay what I agreed to pay in the first place.

Since January 29th, I’ve been unable to create a profile for my Bell Mobility account, and multiple support interactions later still no resolution. No one has been able to identify the issue.
