Jamiu Alao (@jwhizzo_) reported@Highteaspeaks @Bell Get No Name sim card at Real Canadian super store, NoFrills or any Loblaws store. It is like $5. Activate the sim card by migrating your existing number to it. You can call the customer to help you to do that. Downloaded PcMobile app. Choose the data plan you want.

Demeter (@Lexikonin) reportedCalled @Bell to upgrade my Mobility plan from the $35 plan to the $85 Ultra Plan. I was told as a loyal customer I would have to pay $105. The advertised $85 rate is only available to new customers. How does this make any sense?

conner petrie (@connerrpetrie) reported@TELUS @Bell Before you guys spend millions of dollars building AI datacenters in Kamloops and stealing all our water can you fix the horrible reception around town first? Can't even make or take a phone call in half the city but yes lets build AI datacenters 💁🏻
-
A W (@adamwalker0314) reported@Bell Nah you guys are content with providing absolute **** support. Hearing phone support tell me they'd be happy to help me cancel my service rather than resolve my issue is all I needed to hear.
-
Moses (@dynamozes) reported@Highteaspeaks @Bell Try to get on an employee program with either Telus or Rogers. If you don't mind issues with network coverage sometimes and the likes, then try Koodo or Fido for cheaper plans. But if you want a plan that's 5g and the likes, then I'll suggest the Big 3. Worked for them before

Mat Drouin (@matdrewin) reported@TELUS @Bell Why is the cell reception so bad in MTL? Very often at 1 bar. I get dead spots all the time.
