    @RogersHelps @Bell so the saga continues with garbage Internet service provided by Rogers at premium rates. 4 techs have come out and still having interruptions with the service. TX signal still above the 33 to 49 range. HORRIFIC SERVICE ! The monthly bill is still sent out.

    I’ve been disconnected from @Bell_Support 4 or 5 times in the last 10 minutes trying to prove a point. There is next to no signal in the area I’m working in Fort Langley BC. I pay for a fair amount of data and service I haven’t been able to use. This is sent from company WIFI.

    @Bell @Bell_Support #bell customer service has TAKE A MASSIVE nosedive. 8 agents, no manager and agents not understanding that a mistake on Bells part has created a massive issue. This sounds like the #CCTS or #CRTC need to get involved.

    @Cmdr_Hadfield @Bell I've had bell and rogers they're very bad for connections issues majority of the time. You should look into getting starlink (at least if you get disconnecting issues theres a good reason unlike landbased ones)

    @RogersHelps @Bell Rogers ignite internet issues continue in my area. It’s been going on for over a month. a total of four techs have come out and still the problem exists. CSR rep’s are stalling and continue wanting to send another Tech out. Worst Service Ever.

    @Bell_Support we’ve tried calling and are trying to get our tv receivers to work (new customers, barely been a week) and it’s all down. Virtual repair keeps kicking us out and starting over but we were told we had to do this first before talking to a person. This is our 3rd
