@Bell_Support Are there any outages that would be affecting the Ancaster area? The tool says no but our service has been down for around 5 hours. The power hasn’t been out. Rebooted the modem a couple of times but it can’t connect to bell servers. (Error 2000)

  • laisdrott Laís (@laisdrott) reported

Every time the wind blows my @Rogers goes down. And @Bell isn’t any help by offering 50mps internet for $100/month in 2022. I live in the largest metro area in the country, not the middle of nowhere.

  • KimRigden KimRB she/her (@KimRigden) reported

@Bell_Support are you broken today in Waterloo?

  • TheCXForensic Act-TooClientExperienceForensics (@TheCXForensic) reported

@VIPMelissaRose Lucky. Contacted @Bell CEO Mirko Bibic directly multiple X. Just pass the buck to "Executive Client Relations", the most callous & careless experience I've ever had. They ignore, 3wks to reply emails and they mock clients. Imagine a CEO doing 0 about major issues! I have emails!

@Bell_Support my home Wi-Fi here in north Oshawa has been down since midnight last night. called Bell support and they told me it’s because of the storm but I’m just wondering if there’s any way to know when Wi-Fi service is going to be restored.

  • AmberBA1986 Amber (@AmberBA1986) reported

@karenjirvine @Bell_Support Barrie here as well, the outage notification still says restoration from 3:49am to 7:49pm, starting to doubt it'll be back in the next hour. Thankful for my rogers cellphone service so I can atleast watch 1 holiday movie with my kids tonight.
