    10/10 would not recommend @Bell to anyone. They screwed up my device upgrade and now im stuck in limbo. They refused to cancel it or redirect my phone to my proper address and now i have no phone cuz its sitting in a locked mail box, at an address i dont live at

    @Bell_Support what is happening with your network...I can't teach or help kids when my Bell network constantly goes down....monday/yesterday/today - this is unacceptable

    @Bell_Support Obviously @Bell_Support and @Bell was unable to provide any sort of solution. They apparently have the means to charge someone $1200 with no warning or reason but can’t refund it faster than a 6 week process. Who’s paying interest on this fraudulent charge?

    @BritHemming @Bell It's not very cost effective, but have you considered using an aftermarket router rather than the one supplied by the service? Something like a Nighthawk AC2600 or a good quality TP Link router.
