@SueAnnLevy @Bell Good luck . I switched to Bell eight months ago for their advertised Fibe , turn out it doesn't exist in the DT core and well, much fuckduckery later its always a problem . This city is in the infrastructure equivalent of the Stone Age .

@SueAnnLevy @Bell They’re all bad, but I’ve found Telus to be the least problematic … also, having your email address tied to your provider is kinda dumb, and it should be self-evident that you are going to lose it when you cancel your service!

Due to @Bell's intention on ending email-to-text service at the end of this year, starting in 2026, we will no longer be able to issue order receipts or notices to phones run on the Bell Canada network. Such impacted users will need to supply their email instead.

@Bell Do you actually employ people who know what they're doing? I've been billed for a second time for a service that was cancelled TWO MONTHS ago. I've already spent 4 hours on the phone trying to correct this. This level of incompetence is incomprehensible. 😡
