    @Bell_Support @Bell Then the test centre calls and tells you to call them back. I’ve been on hold 15 minutes. So tired of this. Why are they calling, the damn thing doesn’t work. #DoBettterBell

    @Bell_Support Bell learned a lot from Rogers outage, obviously. Multi-billion dollar corporations should maybe be more capable. Last month they couldn’t figure out how to activate my phone, no my emails are bouncing.

    @Bell_Support when is service going to be fully restored ? Didn’t work most of the day and now it’s intermittent. I’m losing business.

    @Bell_Support Email server seems to be up, but no msgs today so I msgs likely stuck in backlog purgatory. Fibe TV is still down. The repair tool skips past the tv check, then reports there is no problem. Seems #Bell's auto tool is as inadequate as its live support staff. Woefully bad service.
