@Bell That means I can't work from home. You said it would be back in 24 to 48 hours. That was over a 100 hours ago and your tech support just hung up on me and didn't call me back. Guess what I'm doing in the morning when your customer service opens?

@J_Ko__ @Bell_Support That's only for when it's not working...and it's my first try always...lol. This is working but I should be able to switch between the 2.4 and 5 networks. No idea why but most apps need 2.4 ghz

@Kimburly22 @J_Ko__ @Bell_Support That's interesting. Thanks! I've never had to do it before but since moving into this house it asks me to connect to the 2.4 everytime. Maybe because the Hub is in the basement, I wonder? I'll call Support when I get a chance. Just hard to find the time right now.

Has anyone had to add a device to their home network but needed 2.4 wifi? I have the Bell Hub 3000 and can't figure out how to switch from 5 to 2.4. One time I could see both in my network list but no longer. #BellAliant #2.4GHz @Bell_Support

@Bell_Support I genuinely tried to be nice about this, months ago. But being ignored means Bell is free game on social media until they start offering a service that isn't absolutely embarrassing.
