I've been on the phone with level 1 and 2 TS all over again dealing with the same issue, going through the exact same process as I did this morning....current phone call length is 50 minutes. Not impressed. Issue is a red flashing WAN light on my brand new modem.

At least it's by choice rather than being forced through the torture of your phone system where I have to listen to bad landline reception. Do better.

Also, if you want phone results ask for loyalty & retentions. Tell them you will cancel your account if they do not comply with you request.

I just don't understand why 3 calls and why the last guy was so weird about why I didn't want to sign up for extras.
