@_JohnChambers Definitely a @Bell thing. There's going to be a lot of angry people who get to work late 🙃. My husband is just lucky my phone is on a different network.

  • DougLewisRet Doug Lewis (@DougLewisRet) reported

@Bell_Support Did you guys do a software update overnight? My network time is wrong, out by an hour, in both car and phone. Not impacting my wife on another network.

  • mcquillanator Laura McQuillan (@mcquillanator) reported

Statement from @Bell_Support media team: "Some of our mobility clients may have experienced an incorrect time change on their phone this morning. Our teams are investigating the situation in order to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. We apologize for the inconvenience."

So @bell started charging me more last month to “improve our service” and this is what I got.. #HourLateClub #daylightsavings

  • DeterNET Chris Detering (@DeterNET) reported

@Bell_Support I don’t know how close you guys get with contacting the engineers but the time issue appears to be with the automatic timezone entry on the network, it appears to be set to Atikokan instead of Toronto.

  • grvsmn Gaurav Suman (@grvsmn) reported

@Bell something up with your network provided time ? It seems that DST is over in your provided time. That’s not accurate. See screenshot from phone and same thing on my Apple Watch cellular- it’s set to “automatic”. Have restarted devices

  • screws1974 Rob Skrzyniak (@screws1974) reported

@ScottFoxonair @Bell_Support I was wondering what the issue was this morning

  • MikeHendley Mike Hendley (@MikeHendley) reported

Three of the four @Apple iPhones in our house decided the time change was this morning. I believe the issue lies with @Bell.

  • CpinnRELOAD Colyn Rodgers (@CpinnRELOAD) reported

I demand a free month of my phone bill, late for work because you can't change your ****** network clocks? Nice one. #WTFBell @Bell

  • Whisky_Yak The Royal Canadian Kilted व्हिस्की याक्समेन (@Whisky_Yak) reported

@mbouf @Bell_Support Just did the same thing and noticed that if I use the "date and time provided by network" option, it automatically puts me in the wrong time zone (Atikokan, GMT -5), but if I turn that off and set it manually to the right zone (Toronto, GMT -4), it's OK.
