    @Bell hey bell. You were supposed to come to install TV, phone and internet and you did not come twice without noticing. You are billing me monthly since even if I don’t have any service with you!!! Called you twice, you told me everything was fine. Still received 2 bills today!!

    @nath_beauregard @Bell I cancelled Bell a year ago. They give you a good 2 year deal and then screw you when its time to renew. After i cancelled they then want to give you a deal. Screw Bell. Never again

    @Bell how is it acceptable that the 407 from 115 to Enfield and majority of Clarington, mainly Bowmanville is a complete dead zone. Your cell service has become atrocious and pathetic

    @Bell_Support Funny, I spoke with your customer service department yesterday and they insisted there was no outage and that your website was showing the incorrect information.

    @ryangerritsen Yeah , i was with @Bell once upon a time After a bug with pay services, they cancel my services After it got clear . It took me 45 minutes to close m'y service . Till i could get a manager that was able to close it

    Horrible experience with @Bell . Sign a deal on march 7 for a phone, plan and watch for a set price, have the contract and order details in my email. Phone and watch took more than 1 month to be delivered. Now, when I went to the store to pick up, the total bill that was supposed to be around $65 was showing around $120. The @Bell representative tried, but could not get the price that they sold me the products in the first place, saying it was a system error and that everything should go back to normal after finalizing the deal, but everything still the same and my billing still wrong. @Bell how you gonna solve this? I will only pay what I agreed to pay in the first place.

    @_9m4j @Bell @Bell_Support Stated facts and my frustration with the service or lack of service I experienced. Maybe it'll help with their customer service. Operative word - maybe. This call/post may be used for training purposes. Operative word - may. LMFAO.

    I thought that the @CRTCeng was fixing wholesale rates? I'm still being offered 1 gig fiber service (non bundle) from @Bell for under $60 per the latest flyer I received. They wouldn't offer that for over a year if they were losing money on it the entire time.

    @nath_beauregard @Bell When I call I don’t even speak to the rep that answers the call I immediately ask for customer loyalty and they usually find a way to meet my demands through discounts or promos or something to satisfy me but you have to stay on top of it there are other options but Bell works
