@Bell I think your virtual assistance program is broken. I've been trying all day to get to technical support and after in putting all the prompts it goes silent. No transfer, no support, no help and I'm still having issues with my TV freezing!

@cityoftoronto what a ridiculous, outdated requirement that our pool cannot open because @Bell cannot sort the line needed for emergency landline telephone. Most people here wouldn’t know how to use a landline and in an emergency would use their mobile.

@Bell how do I find my temporary voicemail password. I never made one, I was never told about one, but all of a sudden I need one today for some reason. Where is it? Your app, your site, and your agents all don't know.

@Bell @ahmedthemohsin Are you having call centre issues? I have called the preferred service line and the regular line and your AI triage it’s not doing anything and says to call later. How is it that you do not have a support backup? Start respecting clients time!

@Bell Wow, easier to get your attention via X than it is to CALL YOUR NUMBER!!! Bad publicity sucks I guess!

Not often one to be an angry customer, but here's a solid piece of advice for @Bell_Support: Take that AI chatbot offline and stick to exclusively human technical support, your bot is utterly useless. My router's power supply cable failed, but the AI refused to understand it.
