    @Bell_Support hello. My internet has been out since 1230pm .and some of my neighbours advertise their Bell and Virgin mobile are also affected by this outage . Can you confirm? This is extremely frustrating to have the internet down this long #outage #Bell

    @Bell_Support are there connection issues currently in Kitchener/Waterloo? The internet is incredible spiky and inconsistent for the last hour or so.

    @Rogers customer service guaranteed there was an Ignite TV app for @AppleTV… but there is not! I should had kept my FibeTV by @Bell then! Certainly changing it back as soon as possible!

    In a customer-focused world my phone provider should discount bills based on the hours spent on support with them. Last month I spent ~6hrs resolving an issue. This morning I woke up to discover our shared data plan was disconnected so on a @Bell_Support call yet again. #cx #fail

    @Bell_Support @VirginPlus have had widespread outages in Toronto since Christmas Day. Each day customers call they say "it will be fixed by 5 PM" and it continues. This is DURING a pandemic where internet is an ESSENTIAL SERVICE & people are working from home!!!!! See next tweet!

    It only took @Bell_Support Escalations about 5 min to fix my account. Kudos to the support rep who graciously listened to me rant about how much I despise Bell, while making it clear that it was not directed at him. I thanked him for helping me. Let's see what happens next.

    @Sflecce @KidsHelpPhone Why segregate? Are we not all kids? Talking with a Bell worker yesterday -- loads of people who work @Bell are off sick - impacts scheduling of repairs to squirrel damage on the infrastructure. Not one universal help line, pls but effective triage system and adequate resources

    @MosaicIris @himanshuchadha @Bell_Support I agree kaela, and worse, they confirmed their technicians leave at 6pm everyday even while it’s still broken. File a complaint with CCTS. I’m livid at this stage. 4 days and pure incompetence and lacklustre customer service !!!!!!
