    @Bell_Support in 3 months you can't provide service to where I need to be? Talked to a rep who kept me on hold for 20 then spoke to a supervisor who wanted me to go back to sales, then hung up on me. Thinking of switching 3 phone contracts to another services #badcustomerservice

    @Bell_Support Another day with an hour spent on the phone only to experience rude and unhelpful customer service. Very negative experience with Bell from day one. Time to take business elsewhere.
