@Bell so your "loyalty department" employee kept me on the line for 1 hour and 16 minutes and decided that it was OK not to apologize for the wait. Just wanted to let you know the least you could do to your "loyal" customers is to hire people with manners to service them.

@RogersHelps Hey #Rogers Internet is down again. Should I expect another credit of 5 days on my next billing cycle? Thanks to @FreedomMobile and @Bell for supporting my internet and data needs and helping me send this tweet out. #internetshutdown #RogersDoestHelp

@Bell I am constantly having issues with Fibe TV. Every few days I get freezing on my TV for hours. Of course sane with my PVR recordings I'm so so tired of calling & spending wasted hours on phone! After replacing PVRs twice now I'm still having trouble. Terrible customer service!

@Bell_Support @Bell Typical Bell’s way of screwing customers. Bell Mobility agent added 2GB free bonus data to my plan when I called about an issue. Got charged $12 on my next bill. Called Bell, supervisor said 2GB not free, removed it or pay.
