So..... @Bell it has been about 6 months since you have sold me internet via a door to door salesman. I got a call 4 says after saying you have no ports available.... when will you hookup service? 6 months of detox is the norm now why bother.

  • som970 David Walsh (@som970) reported

@Bell how do I make an official complaint against an agent? 1. They were rude. 2. They refused to provide an employee id and told me they would be fired for doing so. 3. They gave me a reference no that didn’t match the chat transcript. 4. Never organized the call back promised.

@Rogers totally unacceptable. Your frequent outages are getting out of hand. This is the second outage in two weeks. Either refund or take responsibility to get things up and running. Be an actual competition to @Bell. @Bell, please get us a fibe connection in the area.

@Louise13Moons @Bell It took many months for Bell to even recognize that there was a hardware issue affecting my rural neighbourhood, with daily intermittent Internet outages and everyone impacted calling in numerous times. It greatly impacted my remote work.

@Nick_181 @Bell_Support When I called customer service this aft, they said it would be working by 11pm on Feb 2! Hopefully they’ve bumped up the timeline? Outage website says it’s a cut line so hopefully a sinple fix?

  • sherihebdon Sheri Hebdon she/her (@sherihebdon) reported

@biskiesbug @Bell_Support @the_workaround is offering a special day pass price for people impacted by the outage if you need a local place to work. I think $10. Love it there! (They have coffee!)

@Bell_Support - I am not a customer so can't use your chat help. A temporary Bell cable — which had been there for years, so not so temp — has been strung in my tree going to my neighbour’s house. How do I communicate my desire to have this cable removed from my property?
