@Bell I’ve spent 4+ hours of my day on the phone with your tech support. I’ve gotten no where, disconnected and hung up on. FOUR HOURS. The distress your company causes should be criminal

Hey @Bell_Support thanks for the worst customer experience I've ever had, truly unparalleled, 3 weeks and a dozen customer support reps later just wanted you to know that I finally cancelled my order and I will not be switching over to your mobility services after all

So fed up with @Bell so freaking expensive for archaic technology for their sattelite systems. Can't record 2 shows and watch live tv! Charge an arm and a leg for garbage. Won't even consider a discount for their customers.

My sister and her husband took a day off work to be with my grandmother who doesn't speak English to help with the installation. The @Bell_Support tech came and told my sister that he was going to install a Fibe "internet" phone line (i.e. one that can go down intermittently)

@crtc needs to enforce a new level of requirements for @bellcanada’s bad service, who just wasted an hour of my time to tell ne i should be doing its job for them, on top of false promises about #ollo #languesofficielles. 1.5 hour wait time and counting. @Bell_Support

Why does @Bell have employees working that won’t answer questions? You just get told to use the website but then that doesn’t even work. Terrible costumer service!

@CarryTelecom @imailjohn They fixed it within the hour. Don't you have a dumb comment to follow up with, like you did when it first went down? @Bell technician still trolling and hounding small ISP, even after switching to a Rogers budget brand...
