    @Bell_Support hey bell, just curious. if i have a channel in my tv package that i no longer want, do you make it easy to cancel online through your site/app without having to speak to someone? because @RogersHelps certainly doesn’t, and now i’m genuinely considering a big switch.

    @Bell_Support @Bell If your strategy was to roll out a stinker of an AI customer service replacement and frustrate long time customers Congrats, you’ve succeeded! I always longed for a $130/mo service supported by low IQ robots, sending callers back to the main menu 10x 😖😡

    @Bell Going on 10 hours of no cell service in port Elgin Ontario, I’ve called multiple times and everyone is denying a outage stating everything is working fine, been out since 130pm on April 27

    @ryangerritsen Yeah , i was with @Bell once upon a time After a bug with pay services, they cancel my services After it got clear . It took me 45 minutes to close m'y service . Till i could get a manager that was able to close it
