@Bell_Support I connected the Bell hub to a new TV. The TV downloaded an update but now there is no connection. No cable and no Netflix, etc. Other devices can connect to the wifi but no internet signal. Already rebooted the router a couple times. Suggestions?

@Bell just an FYI, if I wasn’t forced to keep you because of some archaic deal with my condo, I’d cancel everything. You and your bundles are garbage.

@Bell Ordered full service bundle Dec 15. Now Bell wants more info. Ok. I call #s given, nobody can open Order # bcuz not the right dept. What? Literally called 5 diff #s. Bell calls me, I get disconnected and no call back. Is this how you treat new clients? Way to lose new biz.

Can @Bell please sue @SamsungTV I should be able to get Bell Fibe on my TV without my television blocking me because it wants to use its own service. #bell #samsung

The @Bell internet in my neighborhood is so shotty. At 7am when no one is awake and using the network, Netflix has issues loading on a TV? Lmao.

@Bell Fun fact: 911 was selected as the emergency number because it was easy to find on the rotary dial in the dark and the “1’s” were the fastest. They couldn’t make it 111 because 1 was the code for long distance call.

  • Shea0314 Shearon Kowlessar (@Shea0314) reported

@Bell_Support we have had ongoing issues with our wifi for over a week. Tech support has been very unhelpful- every day I call they do a modem reboot and tell me continue to monitor for 24 hours and call back. I call back each day re-explain my story and still nothing has changed

@Bell My cell service is like travelling back in time. 3G at 20% signal strength. Or let’s go back in time 15 years to when @Bell first started promising to improve service in my Ottawa neighbourhood.
