    @Bell Well maybe if you brought fibre to the south shore, I would switch but unfortunately since you've not brought it out, my family and I must deal with 1.5 megabits down and 500 kilobits up on old DSL infrastructure from the late 90s.

    @Bell_Support there has been no internet or cell service in the whole town of White River Ontario for the last two days pretty hard to work with no internet or cell service.. also can be dangerous if someone breaks down in the middle of no where with no cell service and -30 temps

    @Bell I mean… I would… but the service I was told was coming ~ 2012 is now 10 years and counting after… 12 years since I built a home network in anticipation.

    @Bell_Support I’m so angry.I waited on chat for 25 mins. They called me and I was on for 37 mins. 35 of that was on hold. Can’t help asked for a manager- was told he was the last line. Asked again. Was put “on hold” which isn’t hold. There was no music. 10 mins later hung up on

    @Bell When are you going to connect everyone with fast internet in remote areas in the Laurentians? You installed the Fibe in some areas close to us, then stopped and we never saw you again. Trudeau promised that all of us would have it by 2022 and with COVID it has become urgent
