@Bell has to be the WORST company out there. I am leaving the country tomorrow, cancelled my internet last week. Was told I'd receive a return label for the equipment via email yesterday and now they are saying they can't send it via email and are going to charge me for equip

Wish I never went with @Rogers @RogersHelps. I’m a student on student aid, and turns out Rogers bills in advance and I wasn’t notified. Now I have a bill of $312, which is a LOT of money for a student. Should have went with @Bell.

@Bell spent two days (8 hrs) trying to get technician to fix broken bell modem. First you refused to send technician then refused to allow him to install upgraded box. Technician great. Deplorable protocols. Am I alone?

How’s my day going? Well @Bell seems to be having an Ontario wide issue where none of their cell phone users can call @Iristel numbers but it’s impossible to report it through their support line if you aren’t a Bell customer yourself. 🙃
