Why is @Bell so terrible? I thought rogers was bad but the Bell internet and cable is really awful.

  • hotspurstudio Victoria Ward (@hotspurstudio) reported

@Bell_Support Yeah, did that three times. Also, remotely thru your automated service. Was on hold for a tech person, you hung up on me. Not sure where I go from here. The internet seems to be working now but can't trust it to stay that way so... thanks.

  • PsionicRes Androwski (@PsionicRes) reported

@Bell So I just got off the phone with support. Me and others in my building have been having huge internet issues. Speedtest to your Toronto server is 200ms with 2-10Mbps down / 5Mbps up. Kitchener test is good though. Most sites are extremely slow and high latency.

  • camyslays Camy (@camyslays) reported

@Bell Your overseas tech support team is useless, just had a tech support agent hang up on me after putting me on hold for 10 minutes resolving nothing. Bell…Enough with call centres in other countries. #bellsucks

  • PatMaitland Pat Maitland (@PatMaitland) reported

@Bell_Support A Bell line is down on Princess Street in Peterboro ON.

  • hotspurstudio Victoria Ward (@hotspurstudio) reported

Back in my log cabin, home. Where it is beautiful and the internet sucks so bad my first day off is slowly being eaten by calls to @Bell_Support #HighlandsEast #ruralconnectivity

  • mooseandmen Of moose and men (@mooseandmen) reported

@Francis_Drouin @Bell It's a 25Mbps plan on the wireless wifi internet (rural 4G LTE internet). Bell support admitted that they grossly oversubscribed the tower but have no plan or solution to remedy the situation or compensate me for the reduced bandwidth.I left my phone # in the Hakesbury voicemail

  • the_real_krod Kevin Rodrigues (@the_real_krod) reported

Maybe it's time @Bell have their drivers tested (unit 1383)...or just have the @wpgpolice involved? Pretty sure driving on the wrong side of the road is not what you mean by "good customer service"?!
