2/2: In other news, I have been dealing w/ frustrating customer service experiences w/@bell_support 📞 for the last 3 months. 😭 It was enough that I changed providers & went over to @rogers. I loved Bell’s services but there is a really low chance I’ll be a customer again. 👎🏽😔

@TekSavvyCSR @Bell I cant be bothered, I'll switch providers and do my best to get everyone else that is with teksavvy to do the same. Its not worth the $20 i save a month to have zero service in Madoc.

@Bell_Support Haha what's the point in that. Last time I was "helped", I received resolution and than 3 months later received an automated call telling me that the money I saved (due to complaining about poor service) was being recouped by rising my cost

Never switch to @TekSavvyCSR they give awful customer service and awful internet and TV. They sell their name to local providers and then ignore the poor service. @Bell and Rodgers are more money but they are worth it

@Bell_Support Thank you for the update. Technical support was not helpful at all. Told me I was missing a cable. There is a tech across the street from me. Thought it was related. Apparently, I'm told, it's not. I have been unplugging and plugging modem with same error code 2000

@TekSavvyCSR Then get in contact with Center Hastings Cablevision, they are either teksavvy or not. I pay $89 a month and dont have service 5 or 6 days. They advertise as being teksavvy, so fix the problem or im going back to @Bell
