    @Bell_Support Can you tell me why when I was getting help on the phone for my TV that when I got cut off the agent didn’t call back? Taking my number in case this happened was one of the first things he did.

    You’d think a huge company like @Bell would have 24 hour support for activating a new mobile phone. Guess I chose the wrong company

    @Anakin_436 @Bance @Bell Also, could be your router, and make sure you have a CAT6 Ethernet cable. You definitely should be getting at least 500 up and down wireless and then 800+ wired. My plan is only 1GB so I would expect you would get higher speeds than me.

    @Bell @theJagmeetSingh like this is the **** normal *** people have to deal with. This company is so large they tell me to DM them after I did so 3 months ago. Not including physical time spent in store trying to get an upgrade which I couldn't get because they sold my account.

    @Bell_Support @bell Living an absolute nightmare since 4 days, new self install #BellInternet didn't work from 28 Aug, multiple calls and chats, tech support could not resolve on call, engineer didn't turn up today, not sure if there is anyone who can resolve Order no. BCJ5Z7GS
