Just spent 50min arguing 100$ roaming charges out of US while being the entire time in Canada. We can give you: 25%, then 50%, then 75% then 80% discount. No, you give us 100% return, we pay for service in Canada and that’s where we are. All good now. @Bell_Support do better.

@Bell_Support Account disconnected for no apparent reason, in a new city. Told to contact customer service but can’t coz no connection, then chat gives me a number and the number tells me they can’t do anything and go to the store? When store says they can’t do anything anyways

This is the THIRD TIME the @Bell team putting in fibre in our neighborhood has cut the @Rogers line. The Foreman should be fired for the sh*tty work and Bell should be fined for bad business practices.
