After 3 modem swaps, tech visit and countless calls to your agents my internet and sll services goes down every few minutes! Im tired and beyond frustrated. Im paying for a service test doesn't work. HELP!!!!!

Now they wonโt confirm cancellation or give my money back. I would have never signed up with an outfit like this so kind of on you?
