    @mdaperkins @Bell_Support They honestly have no idea. Having worked in IT support, we rarely new the source of a problem right away. We did hours of troubleshooting until something works. Sadly, that’s the way it is most of the time.

    @mylesamey @Bell_Support I'm in Kingston, too. Same problems as everyone else. Tried rebooting and now it won't work at all. I tired calling Bell and their automated system said their call volumes were too high and they weren't taking calls at this time. Communication is everything in these situations.

    @Bell_Support Same issue in Ottawa. Around 5pm TV did not work. Unable to even look at recordings. Rebooted and still stuck at Bell Fibe TV screen. Finally got ahold of someone on the Help Chat and was told it should be restored by 10pm. You do realize that hockey is on, right????

    @CanadRaf @sherrick399 @Bell_Support Too late! Rebooted and it won’t reconnect. Modem reports all services are up. Obviously a back end issue.

    @StarvyMarvy @Bell_Support If you didn’t get any support from their customer’s service i will recommend you to @finkteck his the one that helped me to recover my account in less than 30 minutes his the best in terms of recovery services

    @Bell Fibe is out. They say they can’t answer the phones at this time and online chat agents aren’t available. What the heck? Customer service
