@EdtheSock @Bell @Much So they are just going to show more episodes of the Simpsons then? Pure garbage compared to what you are bringing to the table.

@Bell_Support I would really like to find out the status of the outage

  • LynnannTodd Lynnann Todd (@LynnannTodd) reported

@Bell_Support is there an internet outage in Hamilton?

  • MafaYYZ Mafa (She/Her) (@MafaYYZ) reported

@bell_support it shouldn’t be this difficult to get in touch with someone. For the amount of money I pay Bell monthly I shouldn’t be going days without wifi. Lord knows the service is spotty at best

  • igbotique1 Palm Wine Rythm (@igbotique1) reported

@bell why can I just find someone to escalate an issue with? Why most one go through 14 rounds with different customer service agents before somethings can be resolved?

  • 5ymzz what would phil dunphy do (@5ymzz) reported

@Bell_Support it's been two days and I've had issues with my internet/TV connection and now my internet is out I'm tired

  • PXAbstraction Parallax Abstraction (@PXAbstraction) reported

@Bell This is from a company that's literally running TV ads in Canada right now, bragging about how much their customer service experience has improved. I told the rep if they call me again, I'm cancelling my order. I hate that our regulators allow this kind of monopoly.

  • PXAbstraction Parallax Abstraction (@PXAbstraction) reported

@Bell_Support You don't have my "loyalty", you have a monopoly on fiber Internet in this region, I have no other choice. Trying to upsell someone on services they repeatedly declined during the initlal order call when their new service isn't even installed yet is horrific service.

  • PXAbstraction Parallax Abstraction (@PXAbstraction) reported

So I ordered @Bell fiber Internet for the new place a few days ago (I hate Bell but it's literally my only option for fiber.) Today, before the Internet has even been installed, a third-party called to try and upsell me TV service. Great start.
