@Bell_Support @kaywhxtever Really Bell!! After over an hr on the phone with a technician to fix my internet. The technician hang up without saying anything. Are these the kind of technician you hire? He can’t fixed the internet so he hangs up?

@Bell & @Bell_Support will not restore our wireline phone service until we upgrade to fibre. We can't upgrade to fibre because 1) they laid the cable on the wrong side of the house, and 2) can't reach the fibre modem with a needed wired cable. Time to ditch & switch?

I went to University & 2 Colleges & made a good life for myself & my child through hard work. I was forced to work while vomiting for 2 yrs which broke me down. Instead of living my life I spent 12 yrs sick & fighting these cowards @bell that reward & promote bullies

@Bell_Support Tried 1hr on chat for best deal adding a phone line to shared plan or prepay for daughter. Passed around 5 people. Not one peson could help. Spoke to Telus, had options in 10mins. That and #LisaLaFlamme gate makes me want to take business elsewhere....not good.

@kaywhxtever @Bell_Support I’m on the phone for almost one hr with a technician and can’t solve the issue. ERROR 2000 on a 3000 modem. This really Sucks!

@Bell I switched to Bell b4 the Roger's fiasco because I was paying a lot. I was told Id be paying less for the same services but am paying more for less. Fast talking sales speak and huge buyers remorse. Bells the worst. Rogers at least gave me free phones. Cant wait to drop Bell.

@Bell @Bell_Support What a terrible service. Trying to get a cellphone plan and they have hung up my calls 3 times If this is the customer service you offer, I should probably stay away. By the way, I am an Internet Service customer.
