    @DemorestKe48215 @Reil76 @Bell 90% of the time its the modem going bad, usually they only last 2-3 years. Threaten to move to another company unless they replace that modem and discount your service.

    @Bell Good Lord!! I have had a landline at my cottage for years. Last 10 years I have to call at beginning of season because of loud hum on line. I had tech out yesterday. Phone worked for 1 F’ing day!!! Today loud hum. I pay $57+/month for a phone I can’t use! Time to cancel!

    Only then, did @Bell tried to Steal customers from the startup, and our @CRTCeng "Cancelled" their plans to install yet another Fibre-Optic network instead..
