@robferguson1 @Bell_Support We have Rogers Ignite, and sometimes it has two channels (one SD and one HD). Maybe that's the problem? If not, that's weird. I'd try calling customer service, but the game will probably be over by the time you get a hold of someone.

@Bell_Support Yup all good. The Wi-Fi from the modem works fine I didn't realize my husband had set up one through the router and it was our router line that went down. Once I connected to the modem it was fine.

92 y/o M-I-L moved into new LTC on Thursday @Bell phone to be activated Friday, a technician shows up at LTC, but refuses to take a rapid test (per LTC policy), doesn’t notify anyone, puts the install on “hold” & leaves. I find out, call @Bell customer service apologizes … 1/2
