@Bell_Support This is not good enough. When our emergency rooms are at capacity using salespeople as a transmission vector, no matter how careful, is irresponsible. Time to stop putting corporate greed ahead of people's lives.

Ugh so frustrating. **** YOU @Bell. I pay for a service and I can't even watch the @iihf_wjc through the internet. Living in the north and dish is down but I pay for BellTV through internet and @TSN_Sports is not in my package which it SHOULD BE BECAUSE I PAY FOR IT!!!

@Bell I have had the worst experience with Bell customer service! Endless hours of incompetence and self righteousness attitude from Bell. They are completely at fault and recorded calls are proof! Do not go with Bell Mobility! Disgusted!

I was kind of expecting that as customer service with @Bell isn't their strong point. It's stuff like that that keeps me from pulling the trigger to switch to @Bell as they have a great product, but the implementation of that product is often questionable at best.

@Bell with the weekly ****** up service. Today the remote either goes to 0 or 100. Nothing in between. Fresh batteries. the great news, and I mean REALLY ******* GREAT news is that Bell is adept at apologizing. Providing reliable service? meh.. but they can say sorry with aplomb!

@TSN_Sports you having issues with your sound? Every warm up game the announcers volume is low (of course I have to turn it up at an abnormal level). Then commercials comme on and they blare super loud. Maybe @Bell is the problem. However all other channels are fine.

@Bell_MTSHelps @bell blatant VIOLATION of contract from your side. The gift card has not yet been sent, despite being promised in the contract. Please let me know how to escalate this issue. Really crap service. Your agents keep saying I will get a call but does not happen!
