    The absolute audacity of @Bell_Support wanting to charge me $500 to cancel my phone plan early because the phone drops service all the time in my own damn house. Can’t wait to leave this company.

They would owe us a small FORTUNE!we gave up reporting the problems because of the ****** service only recently started reporting again because I had to leave Pat ALONE to access a phone elsewhere(911 call)- they want to save their REPUTATION-that ship has SAILED

    @McMudder71 @Bell WE CAN ATTEST TO THIS paying over $200 a month for home phone+internet for a phone that MIGHT WORK 6 DAYS A MONTH+ the techs that come to fix it appeared to have "fallen off the turnip truck"(for lack of a better description)

    @Bell_Support It's been since Friday that the Internet is not on, restarted the router several times, and found out online that there is an outage.

    @MathieuFleury @themichaelread @Bell Shouldn't you address the issue of vandalism so this doesn't happen in the first place? People who don't have cell phones are now deprived of phone access! Thanks for your leadership councilor!
