    don't even get me started on you @Bell .. you cut the entire areas landlines and internet for the next 24 hours?! we don't get cell phone service here. we have zero power, no phone communication, and no internet unless we drive 30 minutes to another town... this is so dangerous

    @cristinapinto65 @Bell_Support The last update for resumption of service is tomorrow at 12pm! And thats not even guaranteed. So 3 and a half days without internet.

    @Bell can you please update your network outage page. It’s been over 15 hrs with your network equipment problem. The information says it was to be fixed by now. My online inquiry landed me to a site that wanted to charge me to answer the question.

    @Bell_Support has got to be one of the worst companies!. Been on phone with them since Thursday trying to get an appointment. They give me appointments but don’t dispatch them. Wasted days waiting for technician. One agent wouldn’t patch me through to her supervisor! @CRTCeng

    @Bell_Support Not in outage area. Vmedia escalated my internet issue to bell. Bell called me and I was put on hold by the automated machine over 40 mins ago. No hold music. Have I been disconnected? I don't have a ticket number or anything to call back with because my issue got escalated.

    @JordanGMTL @Bell_Support It's not the outage I'll remember, it's the way they decided to manage it. No way in hell I'm funding this lack of service, communication, competency, quality, customer service ever again.

    @anasalhajji @AmericanExpress Right up there with Bell Canada 'customer service' @Bell You will pay more and receive less. Credit card companies have no monopoly on poor customer satisfaction.
