@SueAnnLevy @Bell For technical support Bell is slightly better in my experience. By coincidence, had a Fibe TV issue today, got straight through to a tech support person who solved the problem. Hard to understand her but apart from that--good service!

@SueAnnLevy @Bell We had a Bell subscription years ago. Never-ending headaches with overcharging, billing errors and unresponsiveness. I know many others who experienced the same. Sounds like nothing much has changed.

@Bell Do you actually employ people who know what they're doing? I've been billed for a second time for a service that was cancelled TWO MONTHS ago. I've already spent 4 hours on the phone trying to correct this. This level of incompetence is incomprehensible. 😡

@SueAnnLevy @Bell Bell is crap, they raise their rates every 3-4 months. It took over an hour to cancel it. We went with Carry tel.. no issues so far.

@SueAnnLevy @Bell If you cancel your Rogers internet you lose your rights email. That’s standard and common knowledge. I don’t see how someone who works there would say otherwise.
