    @Bell_Support my dad just called in to have some changes to his account done and person wouldn't do it because they didn't like his voice. Told him to go in store to have it done with 2 pieces of ID and have it done even though his city is in a grey lockdown. So very rude.

    @Bell you simply have the worst service. Your email set up is awful. What kind of provider doesn’t allow your email to work in Outlook outside of Canada. No one wants to use your awful webmail. How bad can you get.

    I have to reboot my @Bell modem like once a week. @ConsumerSOS should investigate them for charging customers while failing to deliver a stable service.

    @Bell_Support any plans to fix Pickering’s nonstop internet problems..... it’s really hard to work from home when you can’t do video calls and downloads. The excuses are getting old and we’re losing patience...
