Absolutely vile customer service from @Bell_Support 3 days with no internet. 3 days been told someone is coming out and 3 days have had a no show. Clearly it’s time for a new provider.

@Bell_Aliant @Bell_Support To explain more, I have an older "unlimited plan", but after a set limit you throttle the connection down to an unusable 512 kbs. I was told the only option was to changed to a newer more expensive plan. My data is so slow your own website. won't load to look at your plans.

.@Bell_Support Another day gone, and still TERRIBLE internet connection: 1. hit Airplane Mode 2. wait 10 seconds 3. turn it off 4. see if I can get Google to load 4a. if NO, back to step 1 4b. if YES, enjoy internet for THREE ******* MINUTES 5. go to step 1
