@Bell promised my internet would be up and running today and guess what? Still without internet. Nothing is working. Not my TV or my Fax line (yes, I work in healthcare). And their staff just passes the buck and never gives a straight answer. #badservice

@MacDonaldRK3 @Bell_Support It’s apparent with the number of times I’ve seen your complaint in the past couple of days that Bell Support is not going to answer you on twitter. There is another tactic that may work for you. Call Bell again but this time to cancel your service and see if you get satisfaction.

@Bell_Support And now they just disconnected the call while being transferred to another person. Poor service is one thing, this is on another level.

@Bell_Support Makes no sense to DM you. I responded that way at your request several days ago and still have not received a response. I finally found out what the issue was (burned fibre cable, part on order) from a phone call to Bell tech repair. If you can’t fix it then tell just us.

@Bell Fibe is now available in my area and I decided to make a complete switch over only to be reminded how badly my service experience has always been. However it’s not too late to cancel my contracts because of installation delays and mismanagement. Nothing has changed @Bell

@Bell not only are you gouging customers with a price increase, you're causing damage to their hearing when they call in about it! Provide your call centres with better equipment or setups. My ears are ringing.

@Bell_Support currently on the phone for one hour trying to sort out a billing error re: buyer’s remorse refund. I’ve been passed to 4 different people who are all unable to give me a straight answer. Please help!
