@Bell_Support Idk. Our household is thinking about canceling your worthless service. We got better channels OTA Then we pay for your bad service. Bell is criminal

@Bell 150 MB speeds basic cable with like 3 channels added $170 a month...this is absolutely absurd. Seeming the internet can't have 3 things running on it at once or it's garbage. The picture on the TV is terrible from the HD box but the 4K doesn't work at all.

I really don't want to have to call @Bell_support again today, but here I am on the phone with them. 6 calls in 11 days. Still no new modem. Mobile hotpsot is nice but it's unreliable and extremely slow. Between them and @canadaposthelps I am so frustrated.

@Bell_Support is there an eta on the outage in Peterborough? I heard between 8-12 tonight and a neighbour is saying tomorrow by 4 pm?

Stephen Tihal (@STihal) reported
@Bell_Support It's been 11 minutes, it's taken 4 more calls for me to finally get a recording saying that Bell is closed. All for the work-life balance but wow did your team shut it down abruptly. Final count for the day: 13 phone calls, 5 employees, 4 hours. 0 problems solved.

@Bell_Support In rapid succession, I've been passed to employee 5, who promptly hung up as well. I cannot imagine that even @Rogers is this bad.

@gospelsofthomas @Bell Bit of tinfoil should solve that problem.

@Bell who do I contact about an installer placing a line across my property to my neighbours house without permission. I’ve contacted a CS agent once already and was told I’d hear back in 48 hrs. That was 3 weeks ago. Should I cut down the line then? Tick tock
