    Thanks @bell for charging my 90 yr old Mom $80 for an installation yesterday. BTW next time send a tech who knows their ****. He plugged a PSTN line into a CAT5 port so she had no phone for 8 hrs & I had to walk down and do a wellness check b/c of it. Do better....

    Hello @Bell You service technician showed up and decided to leave cause we won't wear a mask inside our house. Why should we be in our house? and wasn't even a polite request - it was like making his own rules and calling it his workspace.

    @jamesrandersen @Bell_Support Also very close to Qualicum currently. Experiencing the same issues as you just mentioned. Even under 5 bars of service its absolutely incredibly slow. Dial up speeds even connected to 5g. Not impressed with the service right now.

    @Bell worst company ever !! The fact i had an appointment on Tuesday and STILL waiting to get set up. You guys don't even tell people you aren't coming you just don't show up ! Very unprofessional especially for a big company like this.

    Hey, @TELUS your customer support is becoming weak like @Bell. I'd love to pay my security portion of the billing but to do so you'd have me/customers dismantle the actual panel to find the IMEI code on the back. You need to seriously think about that for even a second.

    @RogersHelps @Bell Bell send some bundle plans because i’m certainly willing to listen…Rogers continues to disappoint with service in the Stouffville area

    That moment when you call @Bell_Support about your appointment from 12-5 and they say they might pick up the dispatch. I might get my internet installed today. Really? How am I paying for a service, and have a clause that if I might not be here I might be charged a fee.
