Ridiculous 🤬 the only store near me shows that it is open but they aren’t picking up the phone. Your “offer” to upgrade expires on Friday - please help!!!

So I first go to @FreedomMobile store & the rep there says I owe 21 dollars. I was like Wtf I just paid 40 for September. How do I owe a phone bill when i just switched friday

Then asked for my email address/pin. Then they asked how they could help me. Told them again I was trying to activate voicemail!

Same cost, same data, same service, same basically everything. Best thing is: it's on postpaid, which will help me in the long run.

I was there 2 weeks ago and all our Bell phones did the same thing. With Freedom I always found messaging from iPhone to be pretty responsive for support.
