Then they said I have to pay an extra $125 to get my line opened even tho their credit card system not working

Then asked for my email address/pin. Then they asked how they could help me. Told them again I was trying to activate voicemail!

You might imagine that negotiating your high fees to cancel their son's plan and return the phone is the last thing they need on top of their grief. You said they RUN on the same network, not that their owned by those telcos. PC Mobile runs off Bell's network but is owned by Loaws. Petro Canada has service but its run off Rogers. Their own company tho.

Not Op Cue (@NotOpCue) reported@FidoSolutions When I spoke to you rep on the phone he did not care about the price raise and when I said I was going to cancel he did not try to keep me. A company that has no respect for loyalty and paying every month on time does not deserve my business. @FreedomMobile offered me a great deal when I was leaving them years back, but I still said no cause the data was trash in some areas. @Rogers raised the price randomly on me several times, left them cause why pay $55 a month for something when you can get the same thing for $25 a month.

They even sent me a text on feb 26th last year saying my bill wont be deducted from my account till march 11th cuz that was when it was due. THE VERY NEXT DAY they tried taking the money. I got a text saying the money did not go thru. Im like "What ********?!" I could sue, my bank has all my records even insufficient account tries from anyone when im broke. I talked to my bank after another incidient that was really ****** up. I had to GET A NEW CARD entirely. And i didnt even have auto pay on! They just went and tries to take it cuz the card was saved as a payment option. Scammy scammy scammy
