@FreedomMobile I preordered on September 17th, 2021. I got my email confirmation but that is it I have not gotten a tracking number oh, your customer support team knows nothing. And today is the official release date oh, did I make a mistake?

Today's #rogersoutage is yet another reason the government needs to divest @FreedomMobile from any sale of @ShawInfo. While all @Rogers brands including #chatr #fido are down, freedom customers have service because it's a separate network still.

@FreedomMobile is hands down the worst of all the providers. Strong arm tactics and multiple attempts to cancel a prepaid $15 phone. Said they would do it, never did, phone was no longer in their poor service area. Very rude customer service. Kept me waiting to make me give up
