@freedomsupport With all due respect, your process could go something like this: "My child died, I need to cancel the plan and return the phone." "We'll take care of everything, the plan is canceled as of now, we'll send you a return package for the phone. Condolences."

They’ve disconnected my phone again Disconnect then apologize and assure me that it won’t happen again Everyone knows the ending of the story. Need a new provider ideas ?
