@freedomsupport With all due respect, your process could go something like this: "My child died, I need to cancel the plan and return the phone." "We'll take care of everything, the plan is canceled as of now, we'll send you a return package for the phone. Condolences."

Hi, @FreedomMobile. A friend's son died of cancer. You might imagine that negotiating your high fees to cancel their son's plan and return the phone is the last thing they need on top of their grief. Anything you can do to show some basic humanity and compassion?

@FreedomMobile is hands down the worst of all the providers. Strong arm tactics and multiple attempts to cancel a prepaid $15 phone. Said they would do it, never did, phone was no longer in their poor service area. Very rude customer service. Kept me waiting to make me give up
