Nunya Biznez (@GwapogiTalaga) reported from Toronto, OntarioI was a @koodo customer for a grand total of three days, before I realized that the company is a bad joke. I'm sticking with @FreedomMobile.
-
Brian B (@brianyyz) reported from The Junction, OntarioHave to say the implementation of cell service underground on the @TTChelps is the worst of any system I have ridden globally. Not an selling point overall @FreedomMobile #ttc #mobile #transitTO
-
Yashy Murphy (@YashYanthi) reported from Toronto, Ontario@bijuleni @zamlos I've had the low speed option for years now and haven't had any issues tbh. I first had it with @FreedomMobile and now with the @Rogers infinite family plan. I also jump on wifi when traveling and usually buy a local SIM if I'm somewhere for more than 10 days.
-
kat (@katlikethief) reported from Toronto, Ontario@freedomsupport Okay, but so help me god if it’s the same “we’re working on fulfilling pre-orders” response I’ve been getting for weeks...
-
Virve Aljas (@VirveAljas) reported from Toronto, Ontario@freedomsupport With all due respect, your process could go something like this: "My child died, I need to cancel the plan and return the phone." "We'll take care of everything, the plan is canceled as of now, we'll send you a return package for the phone. Condolences."
-
Terri Dorrington (@Beautylicious82) reported from Toronto, OntarioIf your a @freedomsupport @FreedomMobile Prepaid monthly customer whatever you do. . . DO NOT JOIN A MONTHLY PLAN!!!!! I can’t believe I now have two issues with this company after trying to migrate to a monthly bill. F’D UP! Never make deals on friday the 13th! Never Do MONTHLY

Nunya Biznez (@GwapogiTalaga) reported from Toronto, OntarioIt's curious: of all the carriers I spoke with, @FidoMobile was able to offer what I was getting with @FreedomMobile. Same cost, same data, same service, same basically everything. Best thing is: it's on postpaid, which will help me in the long run.
-
Cubby (@Cubby1412) reported from The Beaches, OntarioSuch a shame. Leaving @FreedomMobile after 13 years. No loyalty to their customers. Ive tried, get get any customer support. Hello Fido. #freedommoblie #fido #Toronto
-
Call Me Scotty (@andreammscott) reported from Toronto, Ontario@freedomsupport Hi. I've been getting an 'error 38' message since 6:30pm on January 14 and unable to send texts. How do I fix this?
-
Duane Grady (@Renoversity) reported from Toronto, Ontario@Rogers Everyone should drop Roger's (and Bell for that matter) and RUN to the nearest @FreedomMobile store. Rogers bragging about these absurd prices is really bad comedy. I left Roger's after renewing for three years. I had to buy my way out. It was WELL WORTH IT. #FreedomMobile
-
Jan J (@HBchic_Jade) reported from Toronto, Ontario@FreedomMobile Great job Freedom for doing NOTHING to repair the problem with my husband's phone on his Birthday no less! I guess you don't care at all about customer retention nor do you care about customer service. The worst telecom provider in existence. #freedommobilesucks
-
Delroy Dyer 🇻🇨🇨🇦 (@DelroyDyer89) reported from Toronto, OntarioEverybody's giving deals for new customers. @Fidomobile has a good deal for @FreedomMobile customers, much better than what I'm paying now. If Fido internet wasn't giving me so many issues, I'd probably switch as it'd cut my bill 40%.
-
Cubby (@Cubby1412) reported from The Beaches, Ontario@FreedomMobile Yes. Been a customer since 2013 and because I missed an appointment for a upgrade and new contract, no one is able to help me. It's sad.
-
Nunya Biznez (@GwapogiTalaga) reported from Toronto, Ontario@jacklynthinks @RogersHelps @FreedomMobile @Rogers Wrong, Skippy. You said they RUN on the same network, not that their owned by those telcos. PC Mobile runs off Bell's network but is owned by Loaws. Petro Canada has service but its run off Rogers. Their own company tho.
-
Terri Dorrington (@Beautylicious82) reported from Toronto, OntarioI’ve never had a bad thing to say about @FreedomMobile AKA Wind Mobile but today they really ****** up. The next few post will explain what went down.

Erik (@angrybearTO) reported from Toronto, Ontario@happypants41 @mickymv @FreedomMobile I have an IPhone 11 Max Pro but thanks for the tip on Androids. Still no response or update from Freedom. Again bad start for a customer who’s 3 days new

Pedro Marques (@MetroManTO) reported from Toronto, Ontario@FreedomMobile I’ve had a 5G capable iPhone for over a month now and still no idea of when Freedom will provide the service. Should I just go back to @Bell? Please don’t send me a link to an old page on your site that’s been promising 5G for years. Give your customers a date.

B̴B̴3̴ (@0xBB3) reported@ericzawo @rory_mg @FreedomMobile Agreed. Was very happy with them. I just didn’t like how I got 0 service in cottage country. Has the network been improved? It’s been a few years since then
-
Not Op Cue (@NotOpCue) reported@FidoSolutions When I spoke to you rep on the phone he did not care about the price raise and when I said I was going to cancel he did not try to keep me. A company that has no respect for loyalty and paying every month on time does not deserve my business. @FreedomMobile offered me a great deal when I was leaving them years back, but I still said no cause the data was trash in some areas. @Rogers raised the price randomly on me several times, left them cause why pay $55 a month for something when you can get the same thing for $25 a month.
-
Jayem 🇨🇦 (@LXXIIpercent) reported@FreedomMobile I had the pixel. The worst phone I've ever had. Straight GARBAGE
-
MaxNPV (@TheMaxNPV) reported@GTM618 @FreedomMobile That’s the tricky part of visiting Niagara Falls - easy for phones to switch to the US carriers. I was there 2 weeks ago and all our Bell phones did the same thing. With Freedom I always found messaging from iPhone to be pretty responsive for support.
-
TDaphneVasquez RMT (@tattookitten) reported@FreedomMobile I'm actually one of the OGs, been a customer when it first came on the scene as Clearnet, before Wind even.
-
Danica. (@DanicaDavid_) reported@FreedomMobile got scammed for the annual plan. Been paying my dad’s phone every year and they charged me for a plan that they never provided.
