    Hi, @FreedomMobile. A friend's son died of cancer. You might imagine that negotiating your high fees to cancel their son's plan and return the phone is the last thing they need on top of their grief. Anything you can do to show some basic humanity and compassion?

    @FreedomMobile been charged 2 x $30 connection fees for my phone and Apple Watch. Was told that setting up my watch would be free and I would not be charged $10 monthly. However I’ve been charged $42 total this month. Please rectify as customer service aren’t helping. Thanks

    @freedomsupport I'm still experiencing no internet connection on my Samsung Galaxy phone. I hope your representative at a kiosk near me has a thick skin because I'm fuming. I will calm down before I go. Waiting for my laundry to dry which should be enough time.
